Casino Smell Ruins Restaurant Experience
What was your experience at the restaurant? It was a terrible idea to combine the casino with the restaurant. The smell of cigarettes was horrible.
Despite the good service, we will not return! 😔😒

Terrible Service, No Refund
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The service was so bad that they wouldn't even offer a refund. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from here if you don't want your money stolen.
The food received a score of 1, and the atmosphere was also rated a 1. The wait time was over an hour, and the noise level was very loud, making it hard to hear. The price per person was between $30–50, and the group size was 9+ people.

Amazing Service, Cold Food
My experience at the restaurant was a mix of excellent service and disappointing food temperature. Our waiter, Alex, was by far the best waitress; she was very professional, well-groomed, and polite. Alex, this was not your fault; you are simply amazing and brought so much greatness to our table.
The only complaint I have is the food temperature being cold to the taste. The cook/cooks need to do better; customers should not have to take their food home to heat it up.

Friendly Service, Great Casino Dinner
I stopped by for a late-night dinner and had a great experience. My waiter, Roger, was incredibly friendly and polite. The restaurant is conveniently located inside the casino 🎰.
The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch, both receiving a perfect score. The atmosphere was also rated highly, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. It was a quiet environment, making it easy to talk.

Good weekdays, busy weekends
This restaurant is our go-to spot during the week because there are not a lot of people, offering faster service and making it easy to get in. However, during the weekends, it is packed with families. We have left before service due to the dining room environment.
They were even friendly about that and offered us a discount to go to another IHOP that day.

Good Food, Stretched Service
My experience at the restaurant was pretty good. The service was a bit stretched as it seemed there was only one server. However, the food was good, though I've had better French toast.
I still ate it though 😂🤗.

Wrong order, cold food, and frozen fruit
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to several issues with my order and the food quality. I ordered pancakes with added strawberries and whipped cream, but I received banana pancakes instead. Additionally, I requested to swap out the two pork sausages for bacon, but I was only given one slice of bacon.
The pancakes were not very warm, the bacon was cold, and the strawberries were still frozen, not fresh. I will not be returning to this location.

Disappointing Experience with Inconsistent Service
I hate to be negative, but I have to be honest about my experience. The restaurant seems to be struggling with profitability, leading to a decline in service. They've cut back on staff, which has resulted in poor service, especially when it gets busy.
Even during off-peak hours, like a Wednesday morning, the place was empty. This lack of staff causes issues when they do get busy, leading to disappointed guests. The food quality is also inconsistent, and cook times vary.
The app is poorly developed and confusing, and the rewards program is a joke. Redeeming rewards involves a long, uncopyable number that often doesn't work. I even tried to redeem pancakes for a short stack, but it wasn't available on the app or online menu.
Customer service was unhelpful, asking me to call for an answer. After multiple orders (in-person, pickup, and delivery), I've been consistently disappointed. Despite breakfast specials, the place should be packed.
They need to fix the service, staffing shortages, food consistency, app, online menu, rewards program, and customer service.
