Passable Banh Mi, Better Options Exist
My experience at this restaurant was that the Banh mi here is passable if you're hungry. However, it was nothing special or memorable. I believe there's better banh mi in Orlando.

Authentic Vietnamese Gem!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's incredibly clean and offers the closest thing to an authentic Vietnamese sandwich, dessert, and Vietnamese ice coffee I've had outside of Vietnam. The staff were super nice, and the prices remain affordable.

Disappointed with spoiled nem chua
I usually enjoy food from Banh Mi Y Nhu, but this time I was really disappointed. The nem chua I bought is spoiled or moldy. I hope they check their freshness and storage more carefully next time.

Authentic Bánh Mì Perfection!
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic, especially if you're a fan of Bánh Mì. I was looking for an authentic, flavorful, and delicious Bánh Mì, and this place delivered perfectly. From the moment I walked in, the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked baguettes and sizzling meats made my mouth water.
The baguette itself was a highlight – perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right chewiness. The filling was a masterclass in balance, featuring tender, well-seasoned meats (I chose the pork) combined with the vibrant crunch of pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, and a smear of velvety pâté. Every bite was a perfect blend of savory, sweet, sour, and spicy.
What truly elevated the experience were the little details: the sauces with just the right level of spice, the perfectly fresh veggies adding crunch and vibrancy, and the evident care in crafting each sandwich. It's clear that every ingredient is carefully sourced and the staff genuinely cares about quality. The service was friendly and quick, and the prices were unbelievably reasonable for such a high-quality sandwich.
Whether you're a Bánh Mì aficionado or a newbie, this place is a must-try. It's the kind of spot you crave for something satisfying, comforting, and packed with flavor. I will absolutely be back; this place has quickly become my go-to for a Bánh Mì fix, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Delicious Vietnamese Deli Finds
My experience at this great little Vietnamese deli was absolutely fantastic! I pre-ordered the grilled pork Ban Mi, and it was truly delicious. The bread had a perfect texture – crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside.
Previously, I also ordered the bao buns stuffed with egg and pork, which were again phenomenal. The fun and friendly service also made the visit enjoyable!

Authentic and Delicious Banh Mi!
Feeling lucky that today we enjoyed a super fresh and delicious Banh sub at the Y Nhu Bakery& Cafe. It was authentic and wonderful. The hostess was very helpful with the menu and stocked her favorite snacks for purchase.
I had to get the green tea Kit Kats. They also had cashews with the shell and Asian style crackers. Her homemade desserts looked yummy.
We will be coming back to try some of everything. Happy Happy!

Y Nhu: My Go-To Banh Mi for a Decade
As someone who is picky with banh mi, and lives within a mile of four other banh mi bakeries, Y Nhu has been my number one choice for the last 10 years. The bread and filling are hands down the best. I've tried them all, and my go-to orders are numbers 1, 8, 9, and 12: xa xiu, thit nguoi, dac biet, and thit nuong.
I always call ahead and ask for extra mayonnaise. I also take advantage of their "buy 5, get the 6th free" deal and order veggies on the side. Their bao bun is also exceptional.
They rarely have them as they sell out quickly most mornings, but when you can get one, it's the best in Orlando. The dough is pillowy soft with perfectly seasoned egg, Chinese sausage, mushrooms, and ground meat. I dare you to find a better bao!
The banh cuon (rice noodle rolls) are another standout. While a few restaurants make them, Y Nhu's banh cuon is special due to the perfect ratio of rice flour. Having grown up eating banh cuon made from scratch, I can attest that this is the most authentic I've had in Orlando.
You can order by the pound, but be sure to give them a few hours' notice. Beyond the main dishes, I also enjoy their other desserts and snacks. The Che/sweet dessert is made in limited batches and tastes amazing.
Other favorites include banh gio (rice flour with savory ground pork, egg, and mushroom wrapped in banana leaves), coconut jello, nem nuong cuon (cured pork spring rolls), and banh cam (sesame ball with mung bean filling). Go and you will be sad that you did not know about this place sooner.

Authentic Bahn Mi & Coffee Gem
I randomly stopped by on a Tuesday morning and found this to be a truly authentic spot. It felt like a little piece of home for the regulars. While there was a slight language barrier, everyone was incredibly sweet.
The bahn mi was sooo good, offering the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. I also tried the fresh sugar cane juice and the Vietnamese coffee (ca phe), which was the best coffee I've ever had. The sugar cane juice was also very refreshing.
I really enjoyed our food and would definitely stop by again.

Best Banh Mi and Rolls in Orlando!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I found the best banh mi in Orlando here, and they even make their own bread, which is unique. The vegetables and meat were fresh.
It's also the only place I go for my banh cuon (steam rice rolls) and banh bao (pork buns).
