My experience at Pappa John's was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Grand Pappa Pizza and it was the nastiest pizza I have ever eaten. It smelled and tasted like throw up. I don't think I will be satisfying my late-night pizza craving with Pappa John's ever again. I am very sad that I didn't get to eat pizza tonight!

My experience at this restaurant was great. The service was excellent, and the wait time was very reasonable. The staff was super friendly. I love the pizza, although they cut it a little silly. I would definitely go here again.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I have never had pizza that tasted so bad. The cheese was falling apart, and the wings and breadsticks were also very poor. The wings were undercooked, and the breadsticks were stale. I paid $39 for what I can only describe as the most disgusting pizza ever, essentially overpriced cardboard. I will never return.

My experience with the delivery service was frustrating. I specifically requested that the delivery driver leave the food at the door and do NOT knock or ring. However, the driver proceeded to knock and ring for a full 10 minutes. It's a simple instruction to follow, especially when the food is already paid for and there's no concern about theft in the neighborhood. The very simple instructions were not followed.

I've been coming to this Papa John's location for many years. On my last visit, part of our order was incorrect. I called, and the manager on duty promised an adjustment on our account for the next time. However, when we returned and tried to use this supposed offer, we discovered it was never actually credited. When we brought this to their attention, they claimed they didn't believe us and refused to rectify their error. If you must order from this location, check your order very carefully before leaving, as they make frequent mistakes and are unwilling to correct them. I suggest ordering from a different location or another chain that values its customers, as this one clearly does not. Papa John's has lost a customer of over 25 years today.

My experience at the restaurant was positive, largely due to the exceptional service. I thank ariceli for remaking a pizza that I didn't like. Good customer service is very important, and she truly deserves a raise for her efforts. The food received a score of 4, while service and atmosphere were rated a perfect 5.

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The staff were rude, and they messed up my order. When I called to complain, they dismissively said 'it happens' instead of apologizing. The delivery driver was also extremely rude, even rolling his eyes when I gave him a $15 tip. Despite being offered a refund, I never received it. I will never return here again, as Pizzeria Luigi is much better and they are polite and kid and pet friendly.

I called to ask if I could have pepperoni on the cheese sticks. The person on the phone seemed completely confused and didn’t know what to say. If your employees aren't trained properly to be able to answer simple questions, that tells me they aren’t being trained properly by the manager. I ended up ordering from somewhere else.
