Must-Order Chirashi Bowl!
My experience involved trying the chojang poke and the kudedon. The kudedon was an absolute must-order; I'm not joking when I say it's the best chirashi bowl in Seattle. The food quality was rated a 5 out of 5.

Overpriced and Low Quality Poke Bowls
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I found the poke and chirashi bowls to be very overrated. The portions were small, especially considering the price, which ranged from almost $20 to $30 per bowl.
The fish did not taste fresh, and each cut appeared to be of low quality with minimal marbling. The seating area was essentially just a lobby with a few barstools, making it more of a takeout spot. While it's convenient for a work lunch, I will not be returning due to the poor quality, insufficient portion sizes, and lack of ambience.

Good Food, Sweet Beef
My experience at the restaurant was largely positive, especially regarding the food quality. The food tasted really good! However, a minor point of feedback is that the beef in the Sukiyaki Beef Bowl tasted a bit too sweet for my liking.
The overall experience was good, with high ratings for Service (5), Atmosphere (4), and Food (5).

Amazing Poke Bowls & Vegetarian Options!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I didn't even have the chance to photograph the bowls because they were so good. I highly recommend the Chojang Poke, which is elevated by a very special Chojang sauce that takes the bowl to another level.
For vegetarians, the Black Sesame Tofu is another excellent choice. The restaurant offers ample seating with stools and couches available in the lobby, allowing you to truly enjoy your meal.

Incredible Freshness and Flavor!
My first visit to Seattle was made truly memorable by stumbling upon this place. The negitoro & creamy salmon bowl was exceptionally fresh, delicious, and creamy. The fatty tuna offered a perfect balance of creaminess and tartness.
This restaurant exceeded expectations and is undoubtedly one of the best poké places I've ever experienced. While seating is limited due to its location in a business building, the quality of the food makes it absolutely worth it.

Delicious Flavor, To-Go Focused
This restaurant is more of a to-go place. There was a small indoor counter to eat at. The flavor was delicious though!

Amazing Poke Bowl Experience!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had one of the best poke bowls I’ve ever tasted. It's a "grab n go" type of place, but there's a nearby counter where you can sit if you prefer.
The food quality was excellent, and the service was top-notch.

Disappointing Poke Bowl Experience
I recently ordered the poke bowl for lunch and unfortunately, it was quite unappetizing. The fish did not taste fresh; it had a grainy texture and an odd flavor. The overall bowl was very dry, and the toppings were also peculiar.
I was hoping for a fresh and flavorful lunch, but this experience left me feeling disappointed.

Delicious Poke Bowl with Variety
I was lucky to drop by for a bite of the poke/don shortly after lunch time while I was in downtown. I tried the #1 on the menu, which is a mixture of every fish. It offered a great variety of flavors, from mackerel that tasted a bit like sea eel at first, to two-side-seared albacore.
It was mixed with two types of fish roe (big red + black caviar) and other expected poke fish, providing a good range of flavors. My only suggestions would be to either remove the shrimp (one piece) to slightly lower the price, or to improve the shrimp quality while maintaining the current price. It's also worth noting that there are not many seats available.
