We were looking for a quick and nice place to eat and stumbled across this place, which seemed nice at first. Upon sitting down, the waitresses seemed rude and eager to get us on our way. I was parched from the day and just wanted water; once I finished, they didn't refill it once. When I tried to ask, they'd walk away quickly, not even asking if we needed anything else. I was hoping to get tamari, and they wouldn't even glance over our way for me to ask anything. My salmon skin roll was very mushy and not crispy at all, which was very disappointing. They dropped the check off right when we got our food, leaving us no time to get more food if we wanted. All in all, a very awful experience. End low quality food.

It's also important to communicate that customers need to vacate the premises by 2 PM because the staff "lock up and go home" at that time. This lack of clear communication led to an unexpected end to our meal.

I feel discriminated against. We were not provided with water or plates to eat, while the table for two next to us received everything quickly. Our group of five was served the first plate with six pieces of salmon sashimi and only one soy sauce dish. The staff was rude and impolite. The food was not good either. Don't come! If you are here for a trip or travel like me, just Don't come.

Do not visit within 30 minutes to an hour before closing, as you will be harassed to pay and leave immediately after receiving your food. On my second visit last Friday, I experienced this firsthand. During an extremely busy holiday weekend previously, I was pressured to pay right after my meal was served. This time, I visited with two friends who were new to the Bay Area. We arrived at 8: 30 pm, unaware they close at 9 pm. While it was our mistake, if they were not okay with us dining in, they could have simply informed us. Instead, they allowed us to sit. As soon as one friend returned from the restroom, before we could even look at the menu, the server asked if we were ready to order. We explained our friend had just returned, but the server informed us we were the last to order because they leave at 9 pm. We eventually ordered and received our food quickly. However, as soon as the food was placed on the table, the check followed immediately. When I didn't sign right away because I was trying to eat, the manager came over to tell me to sign the check. Throughout this, there was banging and noise from staff preparing to leave before closing. We felt as though they might have locked us in. Honestly, the food and atmosphere were unmemorable due to my sour experience. They shouldn't accept patrons so close to closing if they plan to rush them out. Do not come here.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the service. While the food was okay, the manager repeatedly brought us the bill even after we indicated we weren't finished. This made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Given this experience, we will definitely not be returning.

My experience at the restaurant was terrible. The waiter was very impatient and rude. To make matters worse, they also gave us the wrong food and drinks. It was a truly terrible experience.

I wish I could give 0 points. My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. I ordered the unagi don, but it was dried up and contained way too many bones. To make matters worse, they brought us the wrong drinks. When we informed the waiter, he became aggressive, yelling at us and gesturing as if he wanted to punch me. Despite our desire to leave, he insisted on full payment. I refused to pay for the food we didn't eat, which led to more yelling. The food quality and service were both terrible.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, especially with the Beef teriyaki bento box. The rice was absolutely insane; I don't know how they make it, but it tasted so good that it made the California roll even more insane. It was delicious, delicious!
