Hardworking Staff, Accurate Order
My experience at the restaurant was great, largely due to the kind worker at the front, Francisco. He was friendly and working hard, seemingly the only one managing the lunch rush. My order was ready on time and accurate!

Worst Subway Experience Ever
My experience at this Subway was the worst. I felt like they were scamming me with my online order, giving me less ingredients than I paid for. I would avoid it if you don't want to get sick!

Disappointing Quality of Freshness
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing due to the quality of the ingredients. The vegetables, specifically the lettuce and spinach, were wilted, suggesting they had been there for a while. Even the cucumbers were not the proper color.
Furthermore, the bread seemed to be from a day or two prior. I was super disappointed in the quality of the food served.

Subway BOGO Scam and Poor Service
My experience at this Subway was disappointing. They seem to scam customers on their BOGO online orders by providing significantly less sandwich material, specifically in terms of veggies and protein. The customer service was also poor, with rude staff and an owner who clearly needs customer service training.
I would advise others to go somewhere else. It's no wonder this is the lowest-rated Subway restaurant.

Scamming Owner, Poor Service and Food
My experience at this restaurant was pathetic due to the rude customer service. The owner, an Asian lady, appears to be scamming customers who order online. She offers half the quantity of food compared to other Subway stores, either by charging extra or providing less.
The staff has been trained to cut corners. I strongly advise staying away from this store.

Warm place, friendly staff, delicious combo!
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. It's a warm place with friendly staff who converse in both English and Spanish. The Moster Combo was very delicious!

Horrible Service, Rude Staff
My experience at this restaurant was horrible due to the customer service. I arrived at 5: 30 pm, and despite Google Maps indicating the place closes at 6 pm, the server was extremely rude. He approached me shaking his head and yelled that it was 'go only'.
He then proceeded to make my sandwich with an attitude, as if he hated my presence. As someone who also works in customer service, I found this attitude completely unacceptable. I would advise others to go to another Subway with friendly service.

Uncomfortable Experience, Poor Service
My experience at this Subway was very uncomfortable. The employees were speaking in a language I didn't understand while I was trying to order. They talked a lot amongst themselves and ended up putting the wrong items on my sandwich.
They also showed a complete disregard for allergies, which is a major concern.

Sandwich as expected, poor service
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The sandwich was as expected. However, the service was lacking.
When I arrived, the staff in the back saw me, but no one attended to me for 5 minutes. This was particularly noticeable as I was the only customer, so they weren't busy.
