I love the board and brew sandwiches, but at this specific location, they refused to serve hot sandwiches at 7: 30 PM, which is half an hour before closing. The staff member at the counter clearly did not want to accept new customers and seemed happy when I informed him that we would not be ordering. I hope the managers will look into this situation.

My experience was quite disappointing. I paid $3 for what was supposed to be two cheeses, but I received only one slice of Swiss and one slice of cheddar. Each slice was so small that it only covered half of the sandwich. It feels like this company has really gone downhill.

While exploring the UTC mall, I was looking for a quick bite and discovered this place. They offer a good selection of sandwiches. I opted for the veggie supreme sandwich, wanting something light. The staff member at the front was very friendly and took our order promptly. I was impressed by the generous amount of veggies in the sandwich; it was light, fresh, and tasty. For $10. 95, it's definitely more than worth the money. I wasn't a big fan of the accompanying sauce, as it was a bit sweet, but the sandwich was excellent on its own. I'm eager to return and try more of their sandwiches!
