Good food, poor staff attitude
My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was excellent, earning a perfect score. However, the staff's attitude was very poor. If the staff are not suited for their jobs, they should find other professions quickly.

Terrible Pizza, Avoid Amici's
Attempted Amici’s for the first time and it will be the last time. The pizza was terrible, extremely cheesy with zero flavor. The ranch drizzle ended up being ranch puddles. I didn’t get a chance to take a pic of the wings since I was busy scraping off the pound of cilantro garnish all over it.

Delicious Food, Disappointing Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of delicious food and disappointing service. We ordered a pizza, pasta, and chicken wings, and the food was fantastic overall. The dough was fresh, and the chicken wings were particularly delicious. However, the service was a letdown. The food took a while to arrive, and it was brought by another server. Our own server was nowhere to be seen for a significant part of the meal. He also failed to bring the chicken wings on time; we received them about 20 minutes after finishing our pizza and pasta, and only after we inquired about them. He explained it was a kitchen mix-up, which also affected another table he was serving. We also had to ask another server for the check.

Incredible Pizza Experience!
While visiting town, I was craving some delicious pizza, and in my opinion, this place hit the spot! They offer both Chicago deep dish style and New York thin crust style pizzas, which was fantastic.

Terrible Pizza Experience
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing, primarily due to the food quality. I ordered the pepperoni pizza, and it was a letdown. The pepperoni looked and tasted like rubber, and the thin crust was barely palatable. The overall food score was a 1 out of 5.
