Best Ramen Ever!
My experience at Kirimachi Ramen was exceptional. I ordered the Chuuka men Ramen soup, and it was the BEST ramen I have ever had. The homemade noodles were made right in the restaurant, and the rich chicken broth was freshly made, complemented by bonito dashi and yuzu lemon.
Mmmmm! I will definitely be coming back for more! If you want the best ramen in SF, come to Kirimachi Ramen at Embarcadero 3!

Ghost Kitchen - Doors Locked
My experience was that this place appears to be a ghost kitchen. I showed up at 5: 45, but the doors were chained shut. Wish my friends and I could’ve eaten here— maybe the hours are just not accurate.

Good Service, Bland Ramen
We visited Kirimachi Ramen with my wife based on some good recommendations, and the place left us with mixed feelings. The service was indeed good: polite staff, and our order was taken and delivered quickly. The prices are reasonable for this area.
However, the main disappointment was the taste of the ramen. The broth seemed a bit flat and bland to us, and the noodles were just okay. We've tried different types of ramen in Japan and at other local spots, and here it didn't quite live up to the expected standard; it lacked depth and richness.
The atmosphere inside also wasn't great: the space feels a bit sterile and lacks the coziness and authentic vibe you usually look for in a ramen-ya. Verdict: It might be worth stopping by if you're nearby and need a quick bite, but it's not the best choice for a special night out or a memorable ramen experience.

Great Service, Low Sodium Option Available
My experience at the restaurant was positive, primarily due to the great service. They were accommodating and able to prepare a low sodium ramen for my order, which was a significant plus. The food quality was rated a 5, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5.

Flavorless Ramen and Unclean Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I found their ramen to be very flavorless, lacking in salt. The restaurant itself didn’t feel very clean, and the atmosphere didn’t match the financial district vibe; it felt more like a neighborhood spot in Oakland.
Overall, I just wasn’t a fan of this place.

Disappointing Ramen, Friendly Service
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the waitress was friendly, the chicken ramen I ordered was disappointing. It had a fishy taste and required a significant amount of table seasoning to improve its flavor.
Additionally, it left my lips feeling sticky. I wished the quality of the ramen was better, as I've had superior versions at other establishments.

Fresh, Delicious Food and Welcoming Service!
I had lunch for the first time yesterday and I'm already planning to return to try the entire menu! The lady serving was very nice and welcoming. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious.
I particularly enjoyed the octopus karaage, Gyozas, and a ramen. The noodles and gyozas were homemade. The service was quick, and the painted mural on the huge wall was a great addition to the ambiance.
I can't wait to be back! Thank you again.
