Excellent Pizza Quality and Taste
I ordered 7 pizzas for a work meeting for my out-of-towner team. I received so many compliments on the quality and taste of the food. Good job NBP.

Great food and service, online issues
My experience was great overall. I ordered online and everything was perfect. However, I wish the online site used PayPal.
I also think the extra charge for an online order is not ideal.

Overpriced Pizza, Long Wait
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. For $57, I received a large pizza that took an excessively long time to arrive, leading me to suspect it was defrosted. The food quality was so poor that I would have preferred to go to Papa Johns.
While the place itself was clean and pretty, the overall impression was that you're not getting real food.

Delicious White Sauce Pizza!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, especially with the cable car white sauce pizza. It was beyond delicious! I definitely recommend this to my garlic lovers out there.

Unresponsive Service, Not Worth the Trip
I'm not responding when you call, so why would I go there just to get a free pizza? I'm not going to buy anything if you don't answer the phone. This is about the take-out service.

Delivery Disaster: Cold Food, Long Wait
I strongly advise calling this restaurant directly for delivery and avoiding the "order online" function through Google. My experience with the online order was routed through DoorDash, resulting in my food arriving an hour and a half later and completely COLD. The delivery driver also seemed indifferent.
I have ordered from here multiple times, and it's a favorite of my friend who always calls. I should have followed his lead.

Good Chicken Pasta, Excellent Service
I live around the block and wanted to try this place. I opted for the chicken pasta, which was good. I think I'll give it another try and get something different next time.
The service was excellent! The prices are not that bad.

Great Pizza, Disappointing Dip
My experience at the restaurant was mostly positive, with the pizza 🍕 being great as usual. I gave 4 stars because the artichoke dip was lacking spinach and artichokes.

Excellent Vegan Pizza, Great Experience!
I had such a good experience that I came back a second time, this time to this specific location! I tried their vegan specialty pizza, which offers dairy-free and gluten-free options. It's a GREAT spot.
The parking was a great spot after visiting the Coit Tower, located on the corner of great areas with vibe, yet still quiet enough on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy lunch before heading for tourist activities. The indoor dining is nice and very quaint. The employees were very nice.
The atmosphere and food were both rated 5/5, and the service was also rated 5/5. They have wheelchair accessibility with a ramp available. While finding a parking space was somewhat difficult, the overall experience was very positive.
