Rude Employee Ruins Starbucks Experience
I have always had wonderful experiences at this Starbucks. However, the last time I went with my mom, we encountered a very rude employee making the drinks. When we asked her to fix our drink as it wasn’t made correctly to reflect the order, she simply rolled her eyes, gave attitude, and said we need to order it the correct way next time.
Leaving this location, I felt like I never want to return. We’re sad because all of the other employees have been so nice and respectful and are always trying to make conversation. However, this employee has completely deterred me and my family from returning.

Great Starbucks Price and Service
My experience was positive. I found a great price on a Starbucks drink, and it was put together exactly to my liking. The service was great.
Additionally, the Albertson store had Christmas items available for gift-giving and decorations.

Disappointing Starbucks Experience
Out of the three Starbucks locations in the area, this one is the worst, though unfortunately it's the closest to me. Parking can be a significant pain, and it's often difficult to find parking. Frequently, my order is either completely wrong or just tastes weird, and it takes longer than expected to make.
On the bright side, I am saving money because of these issues; I no longer go to Starbucks a few times a week and instead choose to have my own coffee at home. I went in again this morning, looking forward to a caffeinated treat, and was disappointed with an incorrect order and a longer wait yet again.

Frustratingly Slow Service at Starbucks
My experience at this Starbucks has been consistently frustrating. Every time I order for takeout, it takes an additional 10-15 minutes beyond the original estimated time to prepare the drink. Even when I was only 5 minutes late for my pickup, my order still wasn't ready.
The main issue isn't the waiting time itself, but observing the employees on their phones, showing each other pictures, and conversing, while my drink hadn't even been started. These continuous frustrating experiences at this Starbucks are unacceptable.

Ezrah Makes My Drinks Perfect!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, largely thanks to the friendly staff. My favorite barista, Ezrah, is exceptionally friendly and upbeat. She consistently makes my drinks on point.
The service and atmosphere both received a perfect score of 5, and the food was also rated a 5. The noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.

Kind people, lovely spot, but parking issue
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The people were kind, and it's a lovely outdoor spot. However, there was an issue with parking.
An entitled blonde parked her fancy BMW in a handicap spot just to grab coffee, and it seemed like no one told her she couldn't. This parking situation was a significant negative point.

Inconsistent Service and Drink Preparation
My experience at this restaurant has been frustrating due to a few recurring issues. Every time I order a hot to-go drink, they consistently forget to put a stopper in it. I always have to ask for one, and it feels like a struggle for them to provide it.
They really need to start putting stoppers on to-go drinks automatically. Additionally, when I order in person, I often have to wait longer because they make my drink first and then put my breakfast sandwich in the oven. This order should be reversed.
I've visited many Starbucks locations, and this is the only one that does this, especially during the busy morning hours between 6-9 am.

Consistently Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently slow. On one occasion, my drink was left on the counter until I pointed it out, as it was forgotten to be brought to the pick-up area. More recently, I placed a mobile order and, despite being the only customer present, I still had to wait for almost 10 minutes.

Fruit flies gone, great experience!
My experience has significantly improved! After returning for my last 6 visits, the fruit fly situation has been completely resolved. The workers even wrote an inspiring message on my cup, which truly made my day.
I've also removed the pictures of the fruit flies from my previous review. Yo, I got one of these guys up my nose previously. Please control the fruit fly situation, and I will change my review the next time I come back.

Great Food, Hair in My Sandwich
My experience started with everyone smiling, and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was a 5, and the food was also a 5. However, the experience soured when the person at the register, after handling money, proceeded to prepare my gouda, egg and bacon sandwich and coffee without washing his hands.
He was rubbing his black slick hair and then started preparing my order. While he used utensils, it was concerning to see him touch his hair and then my food. This hygiene issue was a significant drawback to an otherwise excellent meal.
