Authentic NY Slice in Seattle
As someone from NYC, this place truly hit the spot. The pizza was very good, and it's the best slice I've had since moving to Seattle. The pepperoni was amazing, and they even have fountain soda, which is a huge plus.
If you're searching for a genuine NY slice away from New York, I highly recommend it.

Still Love Their Pizza!
I can't believe that I still love their pizza so much. At $5/slice, it's still a great price. We're lucky to have this place in Seattle.

Hot, Fresh, and Delicious Pizza!
My experience at the restaurant was great! The pizza process was as easy as I remember. You can get slices or a whole pie, and whatever your decision, the pizza will be hot, fresh, and delicious.
The food received a score of 4, service a 4, and atmosphere a 4.

Delicious Pizza with Great Service Recovery
My experience at Pagliacci was overwhelmingly positive. The pizza is consistently delicious and the restaurant is very convenient for the Arboretum and nearby neighborhoods. Usually, the pizza is ready right away, but today there was a big dinner rush, and our order was about 20 minutes late.
However, the team handled it wonderfully by giving us a complimentary pizza slice and ice cream, which was a thoughtful gesture. The food is consistently delicious and the customer service is top-notch.

Dumpster Diving for Pizza?
If you check the dumpster after close, they sometimes have whole pizzas in there and it’s clean. They are right on top.

Unexpected Ham and Peach Harmony
My experience at the restaurant was a delightful surprise! I was initially unsure about the combination of ham and peach, but it turned out to be a beautiful ceremony of flavors. The food was rated a 4, and the atmosphere a 4, with a quiet noise level that made conversation easy.
The service also received a 5-star rating.

Horrible Service, Burnt Pizza
My experience at this restaurant was marked by horrible service and a significant wait. I arrived and was greeted by a nice person, but the staff behind the counter seemed more interested in talking than working. I ordered two slices of pizza and a Caesar salad.
After waiting 10 minutes, I was informed that the pizza was burnt because it was forgotten in the oven. Another couple of minutes passed, and an apology was offered. When I inquired about my salad, the staff seemed confused.
I observed another customer come in, be served, and leave before I finally received my food. The overall service was so poor that I've decided to stop tipping extra. This tipping culture is getting out of hand with no repercussions.

Delicious Pizza and Wonderful People!
My experience at Madison Pagliaci Pizza was exceptional. The pizza itself was delicious, but the true stars were the wonderful people who made it: Ariel, Sammie, Eli, Kerrs, and Matt. They transformed a stressful evening at our home into a lovely one by making our pizza special.
Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service and delicious food.

Delicious Cheese Slice Worth the Trip
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely delightful, especially the cheese slice. Growing up in the New York area, my bar for pizza is quite high. I was visiting Seattle and decided to come here for lunch, and it was well worth the trip.
A mark of a great slice is how it tastes with no toppings, and this was perfect. The food was rated a 5, and the service and atmosphere were also rated a 5. The price per person was $1–10, and it's highly recommended for vegetarians.
There was no wait time, and the group size was 3-4 people.
