Excellent Food and Service, Bland Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was marked by excellent service and very good food. The atmosphere was a little bland, which seems to be a common trend lately.

Exceptional Braised Beef and Salad!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional! The braised beef short ribs truly exceeded expectations. While the menu mentioned parsnip puree, I was pleasantly surprised and glad the chef opted for butternut squash puree.
The crispy rice salad was outstanding, easily ranking in my top 5 salads ever. The persimmons were my favorite part of the salad. 😋

Bone Marrow Good, Rest Disappointing
I visited this place specifically for the bone marrow, which was indeed quite good. However, the overall experience was a huge disappointment. The Beef ragu rice cake was so bad that I threw it away, even after asking for a to-go box.
The service was horrible; the bartender seemed to deliberately ignore me after the initial part of my visit. It took an eternity to get his attention, and I had to ensure he heard me, yet I was still left waiting awkwardly. He spent an excessive amount of time chatting with other customers, even after they had paid and were leaving, which didn't seem to be for tips.
If it weren't for etiquette, I would have left less than zero dollars. Additionally, the restroom is located in the hotel on a different floor, and they charge a 3% card processing fee, which is questionable.

Fantastic Flavors and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! Every bite was a delight, and the service was exceptional. Our server, Ray, provided excellent recommendations, making our meal even more enjoyable.
The Soy Cured Salmon and the Beef Cheek Ragu were particularly memorable. It was exciting to experience traditional Korean flavors presented in such new and modern ways. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning, likely with friends!

Incredible Modern Korean Food Experience
My experience at this restaurant was incredible. The food was spectacular, offering a modern Korean cuisine that I highly recommend. I found myself wanting to order more due to how good everything was.
The drinks also complemented the food perfectly. The service was great; they truly took care of the guests well. Having worked in the restaurant industry for three years, I could tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience.
If you're in Seattle, especially before catching a show at the Paramount, this is the place to come. They are fast and "so freaking good. " For two people, the bill was around $60-70, which included four plates of food and two drinks, all during their happy hour.
It was a truly enjoyable experience, and my boyfriend and I are definitely coming back!

Delicious Duck and Bone Marrow!
I walked in on a Saturday at 7pm and was seated immediately, even without a reservation. The food was very good! We particularly enjoyed the Duck Sot Bap, which was delicious, but the roasted bone marrow truly stole the show – it was by far the best thing we had that night.
This is definitely a good spot to try. They serve dishes family-style, so we ordered a variety to share between the two of us, and it was more than enough food. We ordered the Soy Cured King Salmon (rated 6/10), Roasted Bone Marrow with Chimichurri (9.
5/10), Pork Jowl (7/10), and Smoked Duck Sot Bap (9/10).

Surprisingly Good Evening Experience
My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly good, especially considering my previous visit to their "breakfast cafe. " The sliders were amazing, and the pork had a nice heat to them. The service was good.
It’s interesting how the evening spot is better than the breakfast one. This place is located inside the Paramount Hotel.
