I observed an employee touch her face and hair before putting on gloves, and then touch the gloves themselves, including the fingers, while donning them. When I asked if she could wash her hands before preparing my order, she ran them under water for a mere 5 seconds before drying them with paper towels. This lack of proper handwashing technique, which is fundamental and taught in food handler courses, led me to leave without eating. I cannot dine where I witness such disregard for basic sanitation.

Disappointing Subway Experience
My experience at this Subway was quite disappointing. The franchisee seemed to be a cheap skate, only allowing certain sandwiches to be ordered with coupons when in person, despite the coupon stating “get any footlong. ” I would advise ordering online to avoid this issue. Furthermore, the pickup orders were slammed together without much attention to detail. Last time, I was missing 3+ ingredients and no sauce, even though I had ordered them. It felt like a lose-lose situation, and I will not be ordering from this Subway again.

Online Orders Flawed, In-Person Great
I strongly advise against ordering online from this restaurant. It's much better to go in person. When ordering online, something is consistently missing or prepared incorrectly. For instance, today my steak and cheese had no cheese, and it seems they either don't toast take-out orders or their toaster oven needs repair. However, going in person to order is a positive experience. The space is exceptionally clean, and the staff is nice. Just avoid online orders.
