Horrible Service and Cold Food
My experience was horrible. The service was incompetent, starting with the manager. The delivery guy went to the wrong place, and it took an hour and a half to get my order.
When it finally arrived, the pizza was cold, the box was smashed and half open, with breadsticks hanging out. My condiments were dropped on the ground, and my sauce was busted open. It was very unprofessional.
This was my first and last time coming here. The customer service was horrible; I kept calling and getting hung up on. This place needs to be shut down.

My easy pizza of choice. I recently went on a small staycation near my hometown and thoroughly enjoyed what I got from them. When I returned home, I tried to order again, thinking there was a Pizza Hut near me, but unfortunately, there wasn't.
I only realized this after placing the order. I scrambled to find the option in the app to cancel it but couldn't. I had to look up the closest store to my previous delivery address and called them quickly.
They were able to cancel it on their end, which was ezpz. The cancellation was reflected in my order history rather quickly too. Thanks!
