My experience was one of temporary closure. I drove to the restaurant only to find it closed until 12/07/2025. It would be helpful if the owners updated the hours on Google to prevent others from making a wasted trip.

I love this place and visit it once a week. My go-to order is the BBQ pork, noodles, and chicken wings. It's great value for money!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best Chinese food in the city. I visited yesterday after returning from a cruise and enjoyed it so much that I plan to go back for lunch today. Every dish I tried was perfectly cooked, including the chicken wings, rice, noodles, BBQ pork, and egg roll.

My experience at this restaurant was outstanding. I ordered the number one combination and it was perfect. The chicken wings and BBQ pork were some of the best I've had in San Diego. For less than $20, I received a combination that will feed me twice, plus a large drink. The guy at the counter was super nice, and I received my food in less than 3 minutes. It's a perfect spot when you need a quick bite. I'll definitely be back anytime I'm working in the area.

My experience at this solid corner Chinese takeout place was great. The prices are good, and I love stopping by here whenever I’m on Miramar. The king pao chicken is really good.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was reminded of how delicious the food is, just like when I used to work in SD and looked forward to getting double pork on my way home. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The bbq pork was incredibly good, a definite highlight. However, the fried rice was disappointing; it was bland and a bit oily. I was recommended the BBQ Piece for lunch, and the price per person was around $10–20. The atmosphere received a rating of 2, and the food a 3.

My experience was disappointing because I ordered #4 to go, and when I got back to work, there was no pork in my box. The #4 is supposed to include roast pork, an egg roll, lo mein, and fried rice. This was not a good experience, especially since I drove 15 minutes to get it. I'm not driving back for my pork, so essentially, I wasted $13 on food without the main meat component.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. I was looking for shrimp lomein for lunch and found this place via Google. Upon arrival, I discovered it was cash only, which was a surprise, but luckily I had cash on hand. Unfortunately, what I received was not shrimp lomein; it was a rather bland shrimp stir fry with celery and bean sprouts served over fried wonton skins. The chow mein and fried rice were also plain. While the lunch was cheap, I suspect this might be why it has received many positive reviews. The food was not good. I noticed many other customers ordering the #1 combo with char sui (bbq pork), and I wonder if that would have been a better choice. On the positive side, the two older Asian ladies working there were nice and friendly. They were quick in preparing orders, and the other customers seemed happy.

My experience at this buffet was surprisingly positive, even for someone like me who typically prefers meat and potatoes. My dear Chinese friend, who has an Italian and Irish background, invited me. I was extremely impressed with the restaurant's layout and the staff's attentiveness to a large volume of people. While the selection for me was minimal, I did find enjoyable items like orange chicken, egg rolls, rice, some vegetables, and a variety of sweet dessert items and ice cream. My friend thoroughly enjoyed the crab legs. Although my tooth affected my enjoyment of them, it was an overall enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this place, even for picky eaters, as there's plenty to choose from. The endless trips to and from the buffet are a great feature, and dining with a beautiful friend certainly enhances the experience.
