Absolutely Delicious Food!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I've dined here twice, and both times I was really pleased. The lechón plate was incredibly juicy and delicious.
I highly recommend trying it!

Authentic Latin Food, Take-Out Only
My experience was with a place that offers homemade Latin cuisine, reminiscent of how Mama used to make it. While there's no atmosphere as it's take-out only these days, the food remains the same high quality as before. I highly recommend it.

Great Puerto Rican Food!
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. I really enjoyed the food, especially since I had been missing good Puerto Rican cuisine after living in East Harlem for a long time. While the food was a bit on the salty side for my usual preference, it surprisingly worked well for me.
The service and atmosphere were also excellent, both receiving a perfect score.

Favorite Puerto Rican Go-To!
This is our favorite go-to spot for Puerto Rican food options. We especially love the empanadas de carne and alcapurias. The flavor is truly great!

Horrible Service, Underwhelming Food
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. I was so excited to visit for my birthday, but the service was terrible with long wait times. The food was also very underwhelming; I received a burnt alcapurria with no flavor and an extremely salty steak in my mofongo.
We will never be returning! What a shame😭.

Authentic Puerto Rican Gem
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I enjoyed great authentic Puerto Rican food. The pernil (pork) was cooked to perfection, and the mofongo was equally impressive.
The service was good, and the seating area was spacious, offering options both indoor or outdoors. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available.

Disappointing Food and Service
If you plan on dining here, it's best to call ahead to double-check food availability. My friend and I visited, but sadly, the bistec was unavailable even at 5 pm on a Friday. This was the fourth time my friend had been told the bistec wasn't available due to logistics.
While we ordered other items, the sliced meat was incredibly salty, as were the beans and rice, leaving us disappointed with these alternatives. We spoke with the owner about potential solutions, such as promoting specific dishes on certain days to manage ingredient availability and logistics. Although we appreciated her taking the time, we didn't feel met with understanding or professionalism; our frustration seemed unjustified.
We were not satisfied with the service and simply wanted to offer constructive feedback for the future. I hope there will be a resolution, as the restaurant is beautiful and we love Dominican culture. From a business perspective, adopting a different strategy to ensure proper food stock and reduce saltiness, especially for a cultural staple like bistec, is recommended.

Authentic Pizza Pastelillos - Taste of Home!
I was feeling homesick and ordered some pizza pastelillos. They tasted just like the ones made in my mother's barrio! You made my night!
I can't wait to visit the restaurant. Thank you for the authentic food 🇵🇷.

Long Wait, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was marked by an extremely long wait for food, with it taking over an hour for a meal for two. The server's attention was minimal, as they only visited the table once. Furthermore, the owners did not acknowledge the customers or address the significant delay, which contributed to a negative dining experience.
