Loud Staff Disrupts Dining Experience
My experience at this restaurant was negatively impacted by the loudness of the staff. The lady working the counter with glasses spoke excessively loudly, and she and her coworkers used non-stop slang. This informal manner of speaking, using terms like "Dog, homie, my boy, boss man, dude, bro, bruh, yezir, Boss, papi, papa, " was disrespectful to customers trying to enjoy their dinner.
It made the atmosphere feel less like a step up from fast-food chains and more like a place where diners can't relax and enjoy their meals. I suggest the staff be reminded that using such informal language is disrespectful to paying customers.

Disappointing Experience with Incorrect Order
I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with my experience. The sandwiches I ordered were just okay. To make matters worse, the bacon I paid extra for was not even included on the sandwich it was supposed to be added to.
When you spend over $45 for three sandwiches, you expect something really yummy and correct. I will definitely rethink going back to Jersey Mikes.

Poor Service, Okay Food
I stopped by to get a #7 sub. The experience was questionable from the start. The guy began slicing the sub, and his coworker came in from cleaning, leaving me unsure if her hands were washed.
Still questionable, I then asked for additional salt, something simple. The girl preparing the sub gave me a vibe of not caring about customer service. When I went to pay, she asked what kind of sub I ordered, even though she had just made it.
She displayed a poor attitude and provided bad customer service. I'm not sure I'll be back there.

Great Salad Bowls, Wish for Coke Products
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially with their salad bowls. They are so pleasing when you don't want bread. There are lots of subs and salads to choose from, and they even have a kids menu.
My only wish is that they would get Coke products instead of Pepsi, or at least offer Mountain Dew Zero.

Horrible Experience, Never Returning
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. The employees refused to provide me with a receipt. Subsequently, they called security and the San Diego Police Department (SDPD).
I will never visit this location again. Thank you, J. C.

Exceptional Service and Delicious Sandos!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I stopped in for a pickup order on 2/16 around 8: 30 PM. From the moment I walked in, the woman behind the counter greeted me warmly and immediately inquired about my pickup order, providing an estimated readiness time.
She skillfully managed the arrival of another customer, setting expectations for their wait while continuing with my order. She even confirmed the contents of my order as she packed it. Coming from Mission Valley, where customer service isn't always the best, we consistently return here because of the friendly staff and the consistently delicious sandos.
A notable act of integrity occurred when a gentleman packing rugs found $20 on the floor near the register and promptly returned it to the customer who had paid with cash. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you for the great sandos and the great experience!

Exceptional Service and Integrity
My experience at this restaurant was marked by great customer service. The staff demonstrated remarkable honesty; on one occasion, an employee named Carlos Ramirez returned a $20 bill I had accidentally dropped. It's always reassuring to witness such a high level of integrity.

Great Food, Worth the Parking Wait
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive! Despite the parking being a little tight, it was absolutely worth the wait to find a spot. The employees were all incredibly nice, and the food was exceptionally fresh.
The high ratings for Service, Atmosphere, and Food (all 5/5) truly reflect the quality of the dining experience.

Best Subs Ever, Highly Recommended!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! They truly delivered on expectations, offering the best subs ever. The experience started with the perfect bread, generously stuffed with freshly sliced ingredients.
Toppings included fresh tomato, onion, and lettuce, with a choice of condiments and their signature oil and red wine vinegar, 'The Juice'. My personal favorite is the #12 Cancro sub. The food quality was a perfect 5/5, and the service was also excellent at 5/5.
The atmosphere was enjoyable at 4/5.

Not Bad, But Nothing Special
I saw the commercials and have always wanted to try this place. My experience was that it's not a bad sub, but nothing special. We ordered The Original Italian in giant size.
It was flavorful, but everything on it, including the tomato, was cut paper thin.
