Curry Pizza Pointe - Reviews

My experience was for a pickup order via Uber Eats, which was impressively quick, ready in about 10 minutes with a 30% discount. We ordered 4 small pizzas for 4 people, and there was enough left for another person, indicating a good portion size. The pizza toppings generally had good flavor, but the bread was quite thick, which sometimes detracted from the topping flavors. I didn't try the Chili Paneer, but the vegetarian members of my party and my husband seemed to enjoy it, noting a good amount of paneer. The Curry Veg Special was a hit, with a generous amount of veggies and toppings that made the crust feel less thick, especially with added chili flakes. The Chili Chicken was a surprise; I expected Indo-Chinese flavors but it was more of an Indian-flavored pizza, which I found very delicious and even preferred over the Butter Chicken. My husband, a big fan of Butter Chicken, loved that dish. However, after a point, the Butter Chicken pizza felt like it had too much dough and not enough toppings, making it more bread-heavy.

I don’t understand how this place has such good reviews. My experience was disappointing because the dough was like a 7/11 pizza, and the wings were not good quality at all. To make matters worse, there was only one lady serving all the tables and also taking to-go orders, which impacted the service.

To start, I enjoyed the tandoori chicken wings and samosas, which paired wonderfully with the pizza. The kombucha was also a great accompaniment. The customer service was excellent, and I'll definitely be returning often, bringing friends along.
