My experience at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! I had the best sandwich I've had all year. It was made with fresh ingredients and offered full customization for an amazing price. I was able to create my dream sandwich with a wide selection of veggies, cheese, and more, and the best part was 0 upcharges. It was absolutely delicious, and I envy anyone who lives nearby. The service was super friendly too.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the food quality. As soon as I finished eating their chicken sandwich, I experienced diarrhea 30 minutes later. I am very upset that they are serving food that is expired or not in good condition. I haven't had diarrhea in a year, so I know it was this place.

My experience at the restaurant involved a cumbersome ordering process at the kiosk, which led to a 10-minute wait. Additionally, I found the price of a 10-inch sub to be nearly $20, which I felt was really expensive.

My experience at this restaurant was frustrating due to the new kiosk system. I dislike it because I want to communicate directly with my sandwich maker to ensure my $20 sandwich is correct. The digital communication leads to confusion. I also want to be able to tip my sandwich makers, and I'm unsure if the tips generated on the kiosk actually go to the employees. Despite the issues with the kiosk, the employees were fantastic.

I visited Which Wich after a long time, and it was a disastrous experience. Firstly, many items were out of stock, including hummus and sriracha. Secondly, my order was messed up badly; it included pickles, which I didn't order. My requested additions of pesto and caramelized onions were also missing. Overall, I will never be returning as Which Wich has lost its charm.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The place itself is very clean and cool looking, with the added bonus of AC. However, the food was a letdown. My sandwich wasn’t very warm, and the roast beef tasted more like pastrami. On the service front, there was an incident where a customer walked out because the person in the back took too long to come to the front. Despite these issues, I would consider coming again.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The same people are always running the store, which makes me think they are the owners. The man is always welcoming when we walk in and really makes this chain feel more like a mom and pop shop. The lady in the back is also very nice, and they’re both very quick. I experienced fantastic service, fresh ingredients, and a great environment.

I hadn't visited Which Wich in many years and remembered them being good. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, but they forgot to add the ham. Surprisingly, the sandwich was still really good without it, so I didn't even notice at first. When the Asian employee/manager realized the mistake, he immediately apologized and offered to heat up a new sandwich for me, along with a complimentary soda. He also proactively offered me a water cup before I even asked, seeing I didn't have a drink. The place was kept really clean. I wasn't expecting such good service from a fast-food establishment, but he truly tried his best.

I work in the shopping center and went over to Which Wich for lunch today. The younger woman working was not friendly, and truthfully the Sandwich was not good. I have always been happy with Which Wich, but today’s sandwich had a crazy amount of mustard. Like a crazy amount of mustard lol. Probably won’t be going over anytime soon as Sprouts is next door with a solid deli and nice workers.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by very nice staff and amazing service; they clearly care about the customer experience. It's important to go in not expecting the old Which Wich, as the atmosphere is very different, especially with the lack of bags. I do wish there was a custom sandwich option, as the staff thought I was crazy for requesting a Ruben without sauerkraut, wanting only corned beef. The bags used to make Which Wich so picky eater friendly, and it's hard to adjust. Despite this, the staff were very kind and the food was so good!
