Worst Udon Experience
I ordered an udon from them, and I'd say it was the worst udon I've had in a long time. The noodles were okay, but the broth was just a mix of water with dried onions and spicy oil. They also provided a tiny plastic spoon that was very impractical to use with soup.
I'd stay away from this place.

Best Self-Serve Sushi in Seattle!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I believe this is the best self-serve sushi in Seattle. While it is more expensive than FOB, the sushi tasted incredibly fresh, and the flavor combinations were unique and flavorful.
I highly recommend it and would definitely come back! Everything I ate was great, and nothing was bad. I also loved the indoor seating they have next to Artly coffee.

Delicious Kaisendon, Worth the Price
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their kaisendon. They offer a good variety in sashimi, which was a definite plus. The rice was cooked to a good texture and perfectly balanced with the slight acidity of the vinegar.
While they are more pricey than similar restaurants nearby, the quality and portion size made it worth it for me; it was enough for two meals. The reviewer also rated Service: 5, Atmosphere: 4, and Food: 5.

Convenient Location, Great Food Variety
My experience at this restaurant was great due to its super convenient location, right under my office. I was impressed by the good variety of food offered. They also have a promotion after 3 pm, which is a nice option if you prefer to get your food to go for dinner or happy hour.

Unique Sushi Rolls, Great Quick Lunch
My experience at Nohm was great! I found a unique variety of sushi rolls that made for a great quick lunch. I would suggest taking it to go because the robots at the cafe that shares the eating area with Nohm repeat themselves too much.

Terrific Poké, Odd Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their terrific Poké bowls. I loved the ingredients and could tell they were authentically made. While they are a bit expensive, this seems to be the case for new places in Seattle.
The inside atmosphere was nothing special, located in an office building lobby with somewhat creepy robotic arm baristas. However, don't let the atmosphere deter you from the sushi, which was really good.

Outstanding Sushi and Amazing Kimchi!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at this place was absolutely amazing! I frequently order sushi by the pound, and it's consistently super fresh with a great variety to choose from. The quality and consistency are just outstanding.
Their miso soup is comforting and flavorful, and the homemade kimchi deserves a special mention — it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had. You can really taste that it’s freshly made. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who appreciates great sushi flavors!
