My experience at this restaurant was marked by significant wait times due to understaffing. Every visit, I encountered a massive line with only one person handling both food and the register. Another staff member would spend several minutes in the back before briefly coming out, only to return to the back again.
This system is not good when busy. I believe there should be at least two people at the bar and one at the register, or a minimum of one person dedicated to each role.
