Understaffed and Forgetful Service
My experience at this restaurant was marked by significant understaffing. Upon arrival, I waited at the host stand with no one attending to me. I then proceeded to the bar, only to find no bartender initially. Eventually, a bartender took my order for wings and a beer, but she forgot to bring the beer. To add to the frustration, another patron who ordered after me received their beer before I did. Given the lack of service, I regret tipping 20%. I will likely stick to the Convoy location in the future.

Delicious Bibimbap and Excellent Service!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had the stone pot bibimbap, which was absolutely delicious. The service was also excellent, provided by a young man with long hair who was described as very handsome. The atmosphere was rated a 5 out of 5, and the food received a 5 out of 5. The wait time was non-existent, and there was no wait. The restaurant offers a large vegetarian selection, and it's somewhat recommended for vegetarians.

Delicious Wings and Comfort Food!
The photos speak for themselves! I experienced deliciousness! The salt pepper wings were to die for! The spicy popcorn chicken and fried rice went together perfectly. The army soup hit the spot at the end of the meal. I would highly recommend! The happy hour menu looks legit, I’m coming back asap!

Bring Back Original Wings!
I would give this place 5 stars if they brought back the original Salt and Pepper wing recipes, which are FAR superior to the new ones. Otherwise, I love this place. The staff is great and the food is great.

Disappointing Salad Experience
I’m not sure what I should have ordered, but it definitely wasn’t the Cesar Salad with Grilled Chicken that I did order. It was not good. It took a while to grill the chicken. When my salad finally arrived, there were way too many croutons and not enough lettuce. However, the dressing was okay. It was disappointing.

Disappointing Chicken, Save Your Money
My experience at this restaurant started positively with a nice and friendly greeter. However, things quickly went downhill. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Unfortunately, my chicken had more grizzle than meat. I regret not sending it back, as I ended up feeling sick for three days. I would advise others to save your money and eat elsewhere. To add insult to injury, I had to pay for this disappointing meal.

Disappointing Food, Not Worth the Price
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food seemed to be frozen and reheated, lacking any freshness. Even the lettuce in the salad tasted bagged. We tried several dishes, including popcorn chicken, a salad, bulgogi fried rice, fries, tots, and the Korean chicken sandwich. While we ate it and it wasn't awful, it was certainly not good. Considering the price, it was not cheap. There are many other dining options nearby, and I would recommend trying literally any other spot at the Sky Deck or even Mendocino Farms, which offers better taste and is cheaper.

Great Food, Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the chicken was great, and they offer a wide variety of sauce choices. I also appreciated the good selection of soup options, fried rice, and numerous drink options. The happy hour pricing was also a definite plus. However, the main downside was the staffing. On at least five visits, the staff were always frantically running around, leading to a significant wait time to speak to a server. This lack of sufficient staff made the service experience frustrating.
