Small sandwich, rude service

Wonderful Service and Delicious Food!
My experience at this restaurant was truly wonderful. I love going to this place because the people are so nice, and the workers are incredibly patient and respectful. I would and will always recommend this place because of the nice and wonderful service. The food is super delicious and fresh, and I love the welcoming atmosphere they bring :)

Subway's Declining Value and Produce Policy
My experience at this Subway was disappointing due to the tiny amounts of produce. The staff member seemed to be taking a teeny tiny amount of lettuce, and when I asked for extra, I was told there would be a charge. This is a significant change from Subway's long-standing policy of allowing customers to have as much produce as they want. Consequently, the prices aren’t a good value anymore. I found Jersey Mike’s to have fresher, tastier meat and produce, with no issue regarding extra produce.

Terrible Service and Incomplete Order
My recent visit to this establishment was marked by the worst service I've experienced. My order was not complete, and the counter staff was unhelpful when I tried to use a coupon. Furthermore, they offered extra peppers without explaining how to use the coupon or order additional sides. This is the first time in nearly 10 years of visiting this store that I've had such a bad experience. I will not be returning.

Exceptional Service and Delicious Sandwich!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Yara. She was incredibly sweet and very helpful, offering the best customer service I've experienced here. Even while ensuring the store was clean and orderly, she took the time to welcome and help me. The sandwich she made was both delicious and beautiful. Thank you, Yara!

Cashiers Refused Order Over Tablet Use

Kiosk System Frustrating Service
My experience at this restaurant was frustrating due to their stupid kiosks. They seem to back everything up and are just so annoying. I tried to buy a water bottle, but the staff told me I needed to place an order on the kiosk. I questioned what kind of clown show they are running here.

Chopped Salad Disappointment
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the preparation of my salad. I ordered a hot shot salad, but the ingredients, particularly the protein meats, were in huge pieces, as if they were meant for a sandwich. The salad was not chopped as expected, and nothing in it seemed to be chopped at all.

Disappointing Subway Experience
My experience at this Subway was disappointing. The whole point of coming into Subway is to order your sandwich fresh from the counter so you can decide which ingredients you want and look most fresh. However, the employees are forcing customers to the kiosk, preventing them from watching their sandwiches being made. This is not how I've experienced Subway before. Many people prefer personal interaction and to see their sandwich prepared, rather than being forced to use a computer and potentially receive a skimpy sandwich. I’ve never experienced this at any other Subway and won’t be coming back to this location. If I could give you guys 0 stars I would.

Rude Staff, Awful Kiosk Experience
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the implementation of kiosks and the rude workers. When my older grandpa needed help with the kiosk, a worker dismissively told him to "figure it out. " He was unable to use it, and the staff showed no care. This was also observed with another older woman who faced the same issue and both left without ordering. It's unacceptable for staff with such an attitude to be in customer-facing roles. Furthermore, by not offering to take orders or assist customers, they are costing the enterprise money. I will not be returning.
