My experience at the restaurant involved ordering the Krispy Krunchy Chicken sandwich. While the chicken itself was fine and tasty, the portion was surprisingly small, consisting of only one chicken tender. It felt like they didn't even try with the presentation or quantity.

My experience at this place in San Francisco on Eddy Street was absolutely amazing. The crunchy chicken was fantastic, and the customer service was on point. The best part is that they take EBT.

I normally don't bother with reviews, but the food I had here was so utterly dreadful, I felt it was my civic duty to give you a heads-up. About six hours after eating, I was proper poorly with full-on food poisoning. The chicken was drier than the Sahara, and the hygiene of the place looked like something out of a horror film. I've never felt so rough thanks to some dodgy nosh. Steer well clear unless you fancy a day or two hugging the porcelain. It's absolutely minging and will have you feeling the opposite of right as rain.

I urge everyone to avoid getting sick and do not order from here. In response to the owner's comment: A staff food safety certificate does not guarantee proper practices. It's ridiculous and rude to suggest I got sick from other food or a stomach bug; this was unequivocally food poisoning. The owner's refusal to take accountability and instead blame the customer is disgusting. My experience is not isolated, as other reviews confirm customers have been food poisoned here. If you cannot own mistakes and fix issues, you shouldn't own a restaurant. The owner's response revealed their terrible character. I reiterate: PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE.

My experience at this restaurant was centered around their chicken, which I found to be some of the crunchiest and tastiest I've ever had. I also truly respected the gentleman behind the counter who took the initiative to point out which chicken was Halal, as this was very important to me. The biscuit was just okay, but the star of the meal was definitely the crispy and tasty chicken.

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant due to food poisoning. I believe the chicken tenders were not prepared correctly. I was sick for 24 hours until I "got rid" of everything in my system.
