Exceptional Dining Experience at Salt Harvest
My experience at Salt Harvest, located within the beautiful Populous Hotel in Seattle, was an absolute delight from start to finish. The food was outstanding—rich in flavor and beautifully prepared. I particularly enjoyed the ribeye steak with the onion ring tower, which was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and absolutely delicious. The King Salmon with Harvest Grits was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Truly amazing. The oysters on the half shell were a standout as well—fresh, local oysters sourced right here in Seattle, adding an authentic Pacific Northwest touch to the experience. The drink menu deserves special mention, with a wine selection highlighting local Seattle wines and excellent sparkling options, making it easy to find the perfect pairing. Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere truly sets this place apart. It’s phenomenal—relaxing and inviting, yet still very chic and stylish, making it perfect for a special night out or an elevated, comfortable dining experience. Salt Harvest delivers exceptional food, thoughtfully curated drinks, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning.

Disappointing Fine Dining Experience
My experience at this restaurant was far from fine dining. The flavors were extremely ordinary and lacked depth or refinement. The seafood had a noticeable “sea water” taste, which made it feel less fresh and poorly handled. For the price and presentation, the execution was very disappointing. I wouldn’t consider this a fine dining experience by any standard.

Dishonest Billing Practices!
My experience at this restaurant was marred by a dishonest move. They added tips to the final bill without informing us. This is a really dishonest move! Be careful with them!

Amazing Brunch Vibe with Live Music!
My experience at this restaurant for brunch was a true vibe. I ordered the Farmers Benedict with Avocado & Bacon, and it was delicious. The cold brew was also a great accompaniment. What really elevated the experience was the live music; The Emerald City Cats brought it and made the atmosphere fantastic. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect 5/5 rating, making it a memorable visit.

Amazing Food, Service, and Drinks!
My experience at this restaurant was AMAZING. The food was a perfect 10/10, complemented by excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. I had the espresso martini, which was genuinely the best cocktail I have ever had. The entire staff was very nice and helpful.

Great Food, Welcoming Vibes, Minor Lighting Issue
As a local to Seattle, I tried this newish place and had an amazing experience with good flavors! The cocktails were on point and perfectly crafted, served in nice glassware. The vibes were generally nice, with pleasant decor featuring wood and plants, and the bar staff was welcoming and friendly. However, the vibes were a little off due to the really bright lights at the entrance; I'd recommend turning them down at the top of the stairs. If you arrive early, the rooftop offers good views, but the cocktails there were not great – I'd suggest ordering wine or beer instead.

Outstanding Service and Delicious Food
My experience at the restaurant was outstanding. The service provided by Harper and the team was exceptional. We enjoyed the Amber Jack and Huckleberry app. , which were generous and delicious. The King Salmon was prepared perfectly, and the NY strip was worth every penny of its $71 price. The Motor City Kitty Syhra was a perfect pairing and a great value. They have a great selection of Gin; we tried a Tangeray Gibson, Oil Can Dirty Martin, and two others. We were a four top and also enjoyed after-dinner drinks like Calvedos and Hennessey. The atmosphere was nice, making for a great overall experience.

Disappointing Dinner Experience
My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing, especially for a large group. While the hosts were super understanding and nice, the greeting and welcoming from the server was non-existent. We ordered bread, which was placed on the table, but it seemed like individual orders were missed. Appetizers were ordered, but a mistake was made, and they never arrived. Many entrees needed to be sent back and canceled. They sent three complimentary desserts for a birthday, likely as service recovery, but I felt it wasn't enough for the overall experience. For a large group, this experience was very bad, and no management came to our table to make it right. Overall, it's not a fine dining restaurant.

Mind-blowingly Good Pork Chop!
My experience at Salt Harvest was absolutely fantastic! We had the best pork chop of our lives, which was truly mind-blowingly good. I also want to give a special thank you to our hostess, Molly. She was incredibly funny, approachable, and engaging, making our time at the bar a real treat. Discovering this restaurant before the Sounders game was a highlight, and I'm already looking forward to returning to try their duck breast.

Great Lunch with Friendly Staff
As hotel guests, we enjoyed a delightful lunch experience. We were seated immediately and found the food to be good. My daughter particularly devoured her burger. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our meal.
