Terrible Pizza and Service at SeaWorld
My experience at this SeaWorld restaurant was easily the worst. We faced a long wait time, and the staff didn't seem to care about anything. The pizza was abysmally bad; it was cold, barely cut, had hardly any toppings, and tasted awful.
It wasn't even worth trying, even with the all-day dining deal. I'd recommend saving your time and going on another ride instead.

Breadsticks Overpriced, Food Not Worth It
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, particularly regarding the value for money. We ordered breadsticks as a snack and received two small breadsticks for $6. 99.
This was likely the most reasonably priced item in the entire park, as everything else we ate here wasn’t worth the money. The taste of the food was rated 2/5, and the value was rated 0/5. The service received a score of 3, the wait time was between 10-30 minutes, and the atmosphere was rated 2.

Disappointing Pizza, Good Service
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the service and atmosphere were excellent, with ratings of 5 out of 5, the food was a significant letdown, scoring only 1 out of 5. The pizza itself was rough, and the sauce was a little off for reasons I couldn't pinpoint.
The cheese was standard, but the crust was not good. I would recommend going elsewhere. For those with a child who has a soy allergy, be aware that they do have soy in the crust, which is an important heads-up.

Loud Roller Coaster, Rude Staff, Great Replacement
My experience at this pizza spot, located near the Manta roller coaster, was unfortunately impacted by the significant noise. The loudness made it impossible for my family to hear the worker call our name, and we relied on a neighboring guest to inform us it was our turn. When I approached the service window, the employee was speaking very negatively about my family, calling us rude for not listening and telling us to "get our shit together or not eat here.
" I made it clear I had heard everything and apologized for not hearing the call due to the roller coaster. Despite this, the employee attempted to argue before walking away and saying, "forget it, have a nice day. " I was super disappointed with this service line.
However, kudos to the female worker who took this employee's place at the cashier register, stepping in when her co-worker couldn't control her temper over a situation out of everyone's control. This occurred on Tuesday, July 15th, around 5-5: 30 PM.

Avoid This Place - Frozen Food & Long Waits
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The waiting time was excessively long, with no clear reason for the slowness. When the food finally arrived, it was a major disappointment.
Part of my pizza was still completely frozen. I strongly advise everyone to AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this establishment, as I am concerned about potentially getting sick.

SeaWorld Food is Absolutely Pathetic
My experience at SeaWorld San Diego was overwhelmingly negative due to the absolute worst food I've ever encountered at any park. Despite using a Platinum pass with a double discount, the food remains overpriced. The BBQ chicken pizza was incredibly dry, to the point where I could lift one end despite it being pre-cut.
The chicken itself was dried out, and the pizza had virtually no sauce and very little cheese. Even the pepperoni pizza, while having more cheese, was not fresh. I questioned the food quality and was told all pizzas are the same, which I found to be absolute crap.
The lack of good food options makes it difficult to enjoy the park longer, as we get hungry and there are no decent places to eat. It's a shame because the spot where Rita's is now used to be a good place for wraps, but that option has been removed. 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

Food pass not accepted, marked as used
My all-day food pass was not accepted. When I tried to use it at another place, they told me it was already used, which wasn't true because it didn't even go through at this establishment.

Pizza was good, not what I expected
The pizza we received was different from the photos online, but I must say it wasn't bad. We ordered the 'cheese' pizza, which is equivalent to a Margherita.

Terrible Food, Outrageous Price
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food was bad, comparable to the cheapest frozen pizza from the grocery store, yet priced as if it were a 5-star meal. Even the bread sticks were so poorly made that a toddler could do better.
The service at the mobile pick-up window seemed questionable, with the employee appearing to be under the influence. I would only recommend using the app for pick-up at the mobile window if you choose to eat here.
