Online Ordering Disaster
My experience with the online ordering was a complete failure. I wanted my toppings on the whole pizza, but adding pineapple to only half was apparently too difficult to manage. As a result, I ended up with about 5 slices of plain cheese pizza and 3 that were only somewhat edible.
I can confirm that the ticket printed on the box was correct, but the staff preparing the order couldn't read it properly. If you must order from here, do it over the phone, or better yet, avoid this place altogether.

Rude Staff, Poor Service Experience
My experience at this restaurant was marred by the rude staff. Both the manager and employees demonstrated a lack of basic communication skills when interacting with customers. This made for a very unpleasant visit.

Disappointing Pizza Experience and Price
My experience was absolutely trouble. We placed an order for a Tin crust pizza. When we opened the pizza at home, it was something else entirely.
To make matters worse, the guy charged us $28. 35 for a single pizza, which is significantly more than we usually pay for the same item elsewhere, often less than $20.

Unfriendly Service, Won't Return
My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. The business has been a lot of bad things. They are not treating customers friendly.
Even the person I met at the 1500 Market St. NW location seemed unhelpful to customers. I will not see this store again.

Decent pizza, missing amenities
My experience at this restaurant was that the pizza is decent for a typical franchise/chain. However, this location used to provide plates and napkins but no longer does, which was a bit of a letdown.

Rude Staff, Terrible Service
My experience at the restaurant was extremely negative due to the ill-mannered and rude staff. The service was practically non-existent, serving 0%. It's a shame that a 0-star rating isn't possible.

Disappointing Delivery Service
I had a very negative experience with Papa John's delivery on October 13th. The delivery person working that shift was unpleasant and consistently dissatisfied. It's a shame because I'm not sure about the food quality, but the delivery service was a major letdown.

Disappointing Pizza, Won't Return
I paid $30. 00 for 2 pizzas that had almost no toppings. All I could taste was crust and sauce.
For real, I won't ever go back.

Hostile Service and Corporate Silence
I called ahead to place an order and was quoted a price. However, upon arriving at the store, I was charged double the amount. When I called to inquire about the discrepancy, the man who provided the food became hostile, attempted to intimidate me by claiming he knew who I was (despite it being my first visit), and then hung up and blocked my number.
I have spent a month trying to resolve this with corporate, but despite promises of contact within 48 hours, I have never been called back. This has been an unprecedented and frankly scammy experience, leaving me with no desire to return to Papa John’s.

Rude Manager, Overpriced Pizza
I was promised that I could call directly and avoid online ordering. The manager, who previously respected my preference for calling, treated me rudely. He insisted I order online to receive a special offer, otherwise, I'd pay full price.
He initially refused to give me the price, which was about $40 for a single 16-inch pizza with three toppings. To add insult to injury, they expect a tip for carry-out orders. I usually tip generously, but this time I gave zero.
I will not be returning; I refuse to be treated rudely simply for not ordering the way they prefer. Screw that!
