Sebi's Kitchen - Reviews

I took a friend and his 8-month-old baby to Sebi's Kitchen today. While the baby usually prefers sweet foods, his experience here changed that! He absolutely fell in love with the food and couldn't get enough of the meat pierogis and Vegan Bigos. It was a delightful experience for the little one.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. Upon descending into the lower room, I was met with smiling, warm faces and a fun vibe. The bartender has cultivated an awesome Polish beer selection. We ordered a number of dishes, and each one was better than the next. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

It's very torturing to be posting the pictures of the delicious food, followed by those hours of operation. I can't wait till Friday!

My experience was solely with the catering, so I cannot comment on the ambiance or in-person service. Honestly, I was not a fan. Everything tasted very bland. Unfortunately, many dishes did not accommodate my dietary restrictions, despite prior notification. For example, the chicken meatballs had mushrooms in the sauce, and the goulash contained pork sausage. I managed to avoid the pork pieces, but it was a concern. The Silesian dumplings were only palatable when covered in the goulash. Overall, the meal was not worth the resulting tummy ache. I've seen pictures of the food served in the actual restaurant, which looks great, but the catering was nothing like it. I might consider dining in to give the place another chance.

Do you love good food? Yes? Well, go there! This place has ALL you need! The food was a perfect 5/5, and the atmosphere was also rated a perfect 5/5. The service was excellent, receiving a 5/5 rating as well. This restaurant offers Polish cuisine and is a great option for dinner, with a price range of $20–30 per person.

This was my first visit, and it was a great experience! The atmosphere made me feel like I had traveled to a different country, offering an experience unlike any other in Seattle. I ordered the Polish Plate and Bigos, both of which were excellent. The Schabowy (schnitzel) was also really good, and the Soup of the day (Pickle Soup) was very tasty. Drinks are ordered at the bar, which is a good setup for those unsure of what to get, as all the Polish beers are on display and the bartender is available to answer questions. I'll definitely be going back.

I don't think they have a sit-down option anymore. We had food delivered from this place - precooked that needed to be heated that we absolutely LOVED! The food impressed visiting Polish family! We ordered the Frozen Pierogi Potato & Cheese, Frozen Pierogi Mushroom Sauerkraut, Frozen uszka mushroom Poppy seed torta, Gingerbread Piernik Swiatecny, Wild mushroom soup, Hunter's stew vegetarian, veggie salad salatka. Every item was fresh, made from scratch and smelled heavenly! The service was awesome, when we were in a bind where we couldn't come get the food, they actually delivered! Talk about going above and beyond in customer service! Highly recommend this place and will be a favorite in our to-go places.

My experience at this restaurant was that of a hidden gem, as one wouldn't expect a restaurant inside the Polish Community Center in such a residential area. The service was on the slower side, and there's a requirement to pay a day membership to dine there, so be sure to bring cash for that fee. The place is quite casual, with a bar in the corner where you can get a variety of drinks. Ordering is done at the bar, not with the waitress. The food was delicious; I'm so glad I added the mushroom gravy to my dish, as it was quite flavorful. The platter is probably a good choice to try a little bit of everything. The two lagers we got were a good pairing.

I haven't been to this restaurant recently because they are moving to another location. I'm following them on Facebook to see where they will end up. This place was my favorite place to go for a home cooked meal. I'm sad they are relocating, but I will be happy to drive wherever that may end up at.

My recent visit to this restaurant was my first experience with Polish cuisine, and I absolutely fell in love with it. The food was delightfully authentic, making me feel as though I was back in Stare Miasto in Kraków. The meal was delicious, complemented by excellent service and reasonable prices.
