I just love love love Better Buzz Coffee. All of their locations are so unique and cute. I just can't get enough.

My experience at the Better Buzz Mission Valley location was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our matcha tea latte and mocha latte. The food was also a hit, with the bacon ciabatta and turkey pesto sandwiches being particularly delicious. We also indulged in a raspberry almond scone. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick, contributing to a great vibe inside. There's also a convenient drive-thru. For those using the drive-thru, it's recommended to enter from Zion Ave as the location can get busy. I highly recommend this place!

My experience at this restaurant has been frustrating due to consistently incorrect orders. Every time I order, requests like whipped cream on my drink or balsamic on the side are missed. While I understand it's a fast-paced environment and respect the staff's demands, customer orders should be followed accurately. Despite these issues, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

I had a great evening at the restaurant. The service was excellent, with Grace being great, Bri being sweet, Alex handling business, and Geo tracking orders with grace. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had a soccer match to attend.

My experience at this restaurant was positive, with a good location as always. This particular location was one of the busiest I’ve been to, so something to keep in mind if you’re coming on your lunch break. I highly recommend getting the iced White mocha and thank me later. My lady got the egg nogg Crème brûlée iced latte, and it was a pretty interesting seasonal drink if you’re into that sort of thing. 🤙

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The coffee itself was fine, but the hot drink lids were a significant issue as they didn’t stay on well and tended to leak a lot.

I ordered online and picked up my order inside the cafe. There was 1 other customer inside the cafe besides myself when I walked in, and none of the employees said anything. There were 4 employees behind the counter and I made eye contact with a few of them; they looked down as soon as our eyes met. I stood in the pickup area for several minutes and the barista was within a few feet of me giving me “side eye”. I said “Hi, how are you? ” She was nice enough, but as a customer I shouldn’t have to prompt you to have a short conversation about my drink order. Please acknowledge customers when they walk into the cafe!

I came in today after only getting 5 hours sleep and really needed a great coffee. The brew collar workers here always deliver, but this time, Jill in the drive-thru stole the show. She didn’t just hand me coffee — she handed me joy, confidence, and a reason to keep coming back. Her vibe? Immaculate. Her energy? Elite. Her service? Deserves a raise. Better Buzz — do the right thing and give Jill that raise! Also thanks for the great coffee today.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, thanks to the always friendly staff. They were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. The food was excellent, receiving a perfect score. However, the noise level was loud, which made conversation a bit challenging, though still possible. A small tip for those who prefer less ice: ask for light ice, as they tend to be generous with it.
