Okay Fish Tacos, So-So Salad
My experience at this restaurant was for a group of 3-4 people during lunch. The service was rated a 2 out of 5, and the atmosphere was a 3 out of 5. The food received a 3 out of 5.
I found the Caesar salad to be just okay, but the fish tacos were good. The price per person was in the $10–20 range.

Surprisingly Good Quality Restaurant Experience
I was really surprised by the quality and taste of the food. It was supposed to be “tourist” fast food, but in reality, it was a really good and quality restaurant! The clam chowder and tacos were very tasty.

Intentionally made sick, owner unresponsive
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. My father and another Black man were intentionally made sick just before a four-day fishing trip. This was confirmed because other white men who had eaten there and recommended the place to my father did not get sick.
Only the two men and the person who shared a burrito fell ill. I contacted the owner, Brant Crenshaw, who is reportedly involved in a discrimination case. He reached out via the contact form, promising to personally look into the matter, but has yet to respond.
I believe his workers poisoned my father, and he feigned concern. This establishment deserves no stars.

Amazing Fish Tacos and Views!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I highly recommend the fish tacos and shrimp tacos – they were the best. The coffee is served all day long, and the views are amazing.
The atmosphere, service, and food all received a perfect 5/5 rating. We enjoyed a lovely lunch with plenty of free parking available in the lot, and the outdoor patio seating was a great choice for our group of two. The price per person was between $30–50.

A True Gem in San Diego!
This restaurant is one of the gems of San Diego! Everyone in our group absolutely loved the food. We were so glad we found this place.
If you're deciding between Charli's Landing and another option, hands down, you should pick Charli's Landing. You will love the food and the people that work there. They were all amazing!

Best Chowder Ever!
While walking through the Mission Bay marina, I stopped for a quick beer and decided to try Charlie’s Homemade Chowder. It was seriously the best chowder I’ve ever had, and I grew up in Alaska eating lots of chowder. The owner, Charlie, served us and was very appreciative and friendly!
I definitely support this local business! Outstanding!

Generous Portions, Higher Price
My experience at this restaurant was marked by surprisingly generous portions, which easily served two people or constituted a very hearty meal. While the price seemed on the higher side, the portion sizes helped justify it.

Delicious Food, Casual Vibe
My experience at this restaurant was centered around its delicious food. While the atmosphere is quite boozy and caters to fishermen, it's not bad or dangerous. They do offer a kids menu, though my son has been the only child I've seen during our three visits.
There's no indoor seating, which is fine given the consistently nice weather. The service was excellent, and the food quality was top-notch.

Good Seafood Fast Food with Sea View
This is a good fast food restaurant that offers seafood specialties and more. The prices are medium-high, but the food quality is good. The outdoor seating allows for a pleasant meal in a nice seaside setting.
