Fantastic Service, Lively Atmosphere!
Our first time at this restaurant was a very pleasant experience. We started with the Focaccia and Brussels sprouts, which were great, with the Brussels sprouts being some of the best in town! My Ricotta Dumplings (which were actually gnocchi) were good, though not exceptional.
However, others in our party thoroughly enjoyed their dishes, including the Chicken Parm, Spaghetti with Uni, and Cannolini. The standout aspect of our visit was the service. Alana was fantastic, providing knowledgeable recommendations from the wine menu.
The rest of the staff also contributed positively and were great. The ambiance is lively and energetic, which means the noise level can get a bit loud and the lighting is dim enough to require phone flashlights for reading the menu. Nevertheless, I would always choose mood and ambiance over a quiet, boring environment with overly bright lighting.

Fantastic Intimate Experience with Incredible Staff
What was your experience at the restaurant? My experience was fantastic! I went here on a whim and enjoyed everything.
It's a super intimate restaurant and the wait staff were INCREDIBLE! The food was awesome as well. We arrived before 6: 00 PM, which meant we were able to order off the happy hour menu.
They have $10 negroni flights which were super fun to try. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will 100% be back!

A True Italian Treasure!
Our first trip to this fine "wine focused intimate Italian restaurant" was a great experience. We loved the staff – they were so friendly, accommodating, and professional. The food was exquisite, especially the Bruschetta, Burrata, and the Short Rib.
We also enjoyed a nice warm-up with focaccia and an amazing browned/seasoned eggplant topping. It was a wonderful experience overall. Our negronis were marvelous, as was our bottle of incredible Pinot Nero.
We can't wait to go back! You don't want to miss out on this treasure!

Great Ambiance, Mixed Food Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of highs and lows. The atmosphere and service were fantastic, both receiving a perfect 5/5. The highlight of the meal was the lamb gnocchi, which was delicious with lots of depth.
However, the food overall fell a little flat for me. The burrata board was good but could have been improved with a vegetable. The lasagna had an unusual flavor profile and was served in its baking dish, making it difficult to eat.
While the tiramisu was good, I expected more from an Italian establishment. The drinks were great, and as mentioned, the ambiance was wonderful. It's worth a visit, especially for the drinks and atmosphere.

A Hidden Italian Gem in Seattle
Ah, Seattle, keep this under your hat! There’s a new little Italian restaurant that opened recently on Virginia, at 4th, downtown. This is a quaint, rustic, intimate place of oak, with an open kitchen featuring a wood-fired oven, and a good wine selection.
We happened in, and our son immediately spotted the wooden wine cases at the entrance. We were quickly seated and started going over the menus. The menu is simple and to the point.
Our servers, Davé and Alaina, were both well versed in the menu. Due to food allergies, Davé was able to offer solutions to accommodate. We enjoyed three different entries: a Rigatoni dish, a Spaghetti with beef and pork meatballs, and a Gnocchi dish.
These meals, cooked in the wood-fired oven, were excellent. The Rigatoni had a spicy zing, the Spaghetti was so tasty with very flavorful meatballs, and our son loved the Gnocchi. The meals were the right amount, not overstuffing.
After dinner, our son asked Alaina about dessert wines, and she was very knowledgeable. We finished up with a Lime sorbet, which from my standpoint was more of a Gelato – so light and smooth. The service was excellent, as Davé and Alaina made this a wonderful dining experience.
Our son, who has spent a lot of time in Italy, commented, “If it wasn’t for the air conditioning, I would clearly think I was in a restaurant in Italy. ” So, shhhh, let’s keep it a secret to keep it special, okay!

Amazing Dining Experience!
I had an amazing dining experience. The staff was both knowledgeable and prompt, ensuring a perfect match for our needs. Our entree, appetizer, and desserts were amazing, especially the great sauce.
The atmosphere was comfortable, allowing us to hear each other, and the lighting was perfect, which was appreciated as we are older and my husband had a little difficulty reading the menu. Overall, it was a truly amazing dining experience.
