My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The chicken was dry and the sauce was overly salty for my taste. However, the wrap itself was okay, and I appreciated that the spices were nicely done.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, with huge portions and great flavor. I'm especially looking forward to returning for the vegetarian mushroom dish. The menu, however, was initially overwhelming due to its confusing grid layout. It's structured similarly to Chipotle, where you choose a base (bowl/salad/roll) and then up to two protein fillings. While this confusion didn't detract from the overall experience enough to lower the rating, it's something to consider for first-time customers.

I had been eagerly anticipating the opening of this restaurant for a couple of months. My first visit was the day after Thanksgiving, and I can honestly say, the food is some of the best I've had since moving to Seattle from NYC in 2022. I enjoyed it so much that I had it again the very next day, which is something I rarely do. I tried the Paneer roll and the Mutton roll, both at spice level 4. While the Mutton was incredible, the Paneer roll was legitimately life changing. Eric, the manager, was incredibly cordial and helpful, and the space was spotless. For anyone seeking relatively cheap, delicious food, I would HIGHLY recommend The Roll Pod.
