My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. I was very surprised to find raisins in their biryani, which is not something I would expect, especially when it was advertised as Hyderabadi chicken dip biryani. When I tried to get a refund, the staff was unhelpful, making excuses about the manager not being available. I suspect I was speaking to the manager, who was deliberately avoiding the issue. The customer service was bad, and I will not be returning.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive, making it my go-to when visiting Seattle. The food is reasonably priced and prepared in a timely manner. However, the spice level is not consistent, which is a drawback for someone who loves a little spice but cannot eat "hot" dishes. Despite this minor inconsistency, the overall quality and service are excellent.

We've had takeout orders a couple of times and the food was great. The Malai kofta, navartna korma, and veg biryani were all good.

My experience at this restaurant was very bad. The food was terrible, especially for a place that calls itself a biryani place and tandoori. The biryani was surprisingly sweet, and the chicken was not cooked well. When we raised these issues, the cashier person rudely asked us to leave the premises. It's a bad place to get your food.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was shockingly rude and dismissive. We placed an order and waited as instructed, but upon returning to collect it, there was complete confusion and no effort to help us. Instead of investigating what went wrong, the receptionist raised their voice and behaved unprofessionally. There was no apology or accountability, just attitude and blame-shifting. This is definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a decent restaurant.

I ordered Biriyani on Uber Eats and received what I can only describe as the worst Biriyani ever. It was so bad, I wouldn't even call it Biriyani. The daal was equally disappointing, tasting like rotten water. This was a complete ripoff.
