Disappointing Locked Door Experience
I stopped by today (Saturday at 3: 20 PM) when this business was supposed to be open. Their sign indicated they were open and there were employees inside, but the door was locked and they wouldn’t let me in. I was so disappointed. Parking at the Hub on a Saturday is already a nightmare. I ended up heading across the street to LIV!

Worst Matcha Ever, Rude Staff
My experience was genuinely the WORST matcha I’ve EVER drank. The matcha should be at least slightly green, but just take a look at the picture. I had to throw it out because it was inedible. The employees were also unfriendly and rude, but the bigger problem is how nasty this drink was, especially for 10 dollars.

Amazing Açaí, Pricey but Worth It
My experience was pretty good! The Açaí was amazing, and the toppings were plentiful and of good quality. Everything was a little pricey, but understandable. My biggest complaint is that they served the açaí in a cup, which made it super hard to eat and mix all the toppings, ending up in a huge mess. Good thing it was delicious.

Enjoyable Location, Smoothie Needs Work
I really enjoyed my experience at Oakberry. The location was very well chosen, making it a pleasant stop. However, I felt the smoothie was a little bit overpriced for what I received, and it wasn't as thick as I had wished. Despite this, the overall visit was enjoyable.

Awful Service, Great Food
I visited today, 11/3/25, around 4: 30 pm. It was my first time trying aci bowls, and I'm not very familiar with them, although my husband is a fan. I went in not knowing much. The girl working there was so unwelcoming and made me feel stupid for not knowing. She kept making rude facial expressions, which made me want to leave and not order anything. Her customer service was awful. However, the food was excellent, receiving a perfect score.

Obsessed with this Açaí Bowl Spot!
I’m obsessed with this place! Their açaí bowls are so good, and I love that they layer everything in a cup instead of just dumping it on top. You get the perfect mix of açaí, granola, fruit, and toppings in every bite. Super fresh, really tasty, and way less messy to eat. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something refreshing!

Disappointing Açaí Bowl and Packaging
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The breakfast bowls were pitifully small, with the smallest amount of fruit I’ve ever seen on an açaí bowl. It was the most disappointing açaí bowl of my life. Additionally, there was so much wasteful packaging for takeout. This was my first and last time visiting.

Açaí Base Good, Value Lacking
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their açaí. I believe açaí should be served in a bowl, not a cup, as serving it in a cup detracts from the full experience, especially when the portion and toppings don't justify the price. While the actual açaí base itself is good, the value just isn’t there. For nearly $20, I received a 24 oz cup with minimal toppings: three blueberries, two half-slices of strawberry, four banana slices, and a tiny smudge of peanut butter. I expected a much more generous serving of toppings for that size. On a previous visit, they were out of peanut butter, and the staff offered almond butter instead. I accepted, assuming it would be a substitute at no charge, but was surprised to be charged extra. This felt unreasonable and left a bad taste. Overall, the açaí base is solid, but the portioning, pricing, and nickel-and-diming over substitutions make it hard to recommend. Plenty of other spots serve better portions, in actual bowls, and with more generous and fair service.

Allergy Risk Due to Peanut Butter Mistake
My experience at the restaurant was concerning due to a serious error with my order. I ordered 2 bowls without peanut butter, but both bowls were prepared with peanut butter. This was a significant issue as I have allergies, and it could have been life-threatening.

Good, but not great compared to others
My experience at this restaurant was decent, but it fell short of expectations when compared to a competitor, Blue Bowl. The primary limitation was the limited base options, with açai being the only choice. Additionally, I prefer to select my toppings in person, but here, all toppings must be ordered at the time of the initial order. I also found the warm oatmeal base at Blue Bowl to be much preferred. While the food was good, I felt it could have been better, and the overall experience was quite expensive for what was received. The service was excellent, receiving a perfect score, but the food and atmosphere were rated a 3 out of 5.
