I ordered ahead from that restaurant for delivery on a specific date and time through Grubhub, but they decided to cancel at the last minute. This completely wasted my lunch hour at work.

I am a regular at Just Poke in Fremont, visiting almost every day, and they are consistently great. Today, however, my experience at their Capitol Hill location was very disappointing. I arrived at 7: 45 pm, expecting to order a poke bowl, but the kitchen had already shut down, and I was told they were closed, despite their advertised opening hours being until 8: 00 pm.

My experience at this restaurant was incredible. The poke was so good that I couldn't even take a picture before eating the entire bowl. It's more than just poke; it's like a family member to me. The food was a perfect 5/5, and the atmosphere was also a 5/5, described as quiet and easy to talk. The service was rated 5/5 as well.

My experience was quite unusual but ultimately positive. The platform I ordered through cancelled my order while I was on my way to pick it up. However, the store confirmed they had accepted the order and, despite the refund, they still made my food. I will definitely be coming here to spend my money directly in the future to avoid any mishaps like that. The food was great, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, both rated 5/5. The service was also excellent, receiving a 5/5 rating.

I accepted a mobile pickup order at 8: 04 PM for an 8: 10-8: 20 PM pickup. When I arrived, I discovered the store had closed at 8 PM. I have left a voicemail for a refund, but it has not been resolved yet.

I went in on a Friday night at 8: 55 PM, and they told me they were closed. If you're closed, then lock the doors. It's bad business to put away all your products before the advertised closing time just because the kids who work there want to get out as soon as they can! The food was rated a 5, but the service and atmosphere were rated a 1.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! They offer a great variety of options, including both build your own bowls and pre-built choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and patiently answered all my questions. They were also super quick, and my order was packed up tightly for travel. I definitely recommend stopping in and trying a bowl.

My experience at this Seattle poke restaurant was fantastic. Once I discovered this place, all other poke spots simply pail in comparison. The food quality is exceptional, earning a perfect score. The only drawback is their policy of never accepting cash, which can be an inconvenience.

My experience at Just Poke was largely disappointing. The food quality was subpar, with the seared salmon bowl being a major letdown. The salmon itself did not taste fresh and was overcooked to the point of being scorched, melted, and mushy. The portions were ridiculously small, mostly filled with white rice and ginger, and very little protein. I observed the lead staff being overly cautious with portion sizes, even removing pieces of salmon while weighing. The mac salad, despite being mentioned as great, was mushy and unappetizing. The service was chaotic and rushed, even though the place was nearly empty. The lead staff appeared disorganized and confused, frequently mixing up orders and rushing payments. To add to the issues, I was overcharged. I paid full price for a torched salmon poke bowl despite a $10 promotion and was also charged for extra toppings I didn't order. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff couldn't rectify it and kept the extra toppings, still charging me. Given the poor food quality, small portions, and subpar service, I cannot recommend Just Poke.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff were awesome and attentive, contributing to a great atmosphere. The food was incredibly fresh, and I can confidently say it was the best poke I’ve ever tasted. As a tourist, Seattle can be quite expensive, but this meal was worth all the dollar amount. I highly recommended this place!
