My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff, particularly Jonathan, were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I especially suggest asking for Jonathan, as he will ensure you are well taken care of.

My experience at this restaurant was 10/10! The staff here is incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Manager Jonathan truly goes above and beyond for every customer—it really shows in the service! On top of that, the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I have visited this place twice. Both times we were satisfied with the food and drinks. However, the staff service is incredibly rude. The second time, the staff even skipped toppings. We will not be returning for a third time because the service is that bad, and we would rather travel farther for poke and boba.

I've always had good experiences here! I usually get my order to-go, and the staff are always pleasant enough. While it might not be the absolute best poké in the world, or even in Seattle, it's consistently solid. I appreciate that they offer a salad base and non-marinated protein options, making it easy to build a really healthy meal. Most of the mix-ins are free, and the miso soup is also good! Plus, they share the space with DIY Tea, so you can grab some boba while you're there.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the quality of the salmon. The salmon was clearly old—grey in color, mushy in texture, and had an overpoweringly bad fishy taste. It felt questionable to eat.

The staff were kind, so I want to start off by saying that, but the quality of the food was really disappointing. The salmon tasted old, with that pungent fish smell, and the scallops were super chewy, like an eraser. I was excited to make this a regular Tuesday routine for the $10 deal, but I'd rather pay more for fresh poke.

While the food itself was awesome, the initial ordering process was difficult due to the menu's complexity for a first-time visitor. The person preparing our food had a very soft voice and wore a mask, making it hard to hear. Combined with loud music, I couldn't understand a word she said. This led to repeated requests for her to repeat herself, which resulted in her becoming incredibly rude. Normally, an experience like this would lead me to boycott a restaurant, but the food is truly exceptional. I hope to have a different server next time and sincerely hope she pursues a career path that doesn't involve customer service. 😂
