Disorganized Service, Overpriced Meal
My experience as the first of four customers was mixed. The grill guy was efficient, preparing my burger in about six minutes. However, it took an excessive twelve minutes for the other staff members, who seemed to be drifting around, to place already made fries in my bag and hand it over.
This disorganization suggests a lack of management. This is the second time I've encountered similar issues. For $60 for two burgers, one fry, and two shakes, the value is poor.
I'll be returning to Boss Burger, where I can get the same for half the price and twice as fast.

Favorite Burger Joint Under $20
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially when it comes to the food. The food was truly to die for. The service was also excellent; they gave us space as one should expect, which I appreciated.
The atmosphere was alright, though it could be improved with some more lively elements. Overall, it's my favorite burger joint and a great value, especially considering it's under $20.

Disappointing Bacon Cheeseburger and Cold Fries
My experience at Five Guys was mixed. While the staff were nice during pickup and the other two burgers and milkshakes were good, my last order was a significant letdown. I received a bacon cheeseburger without the two hamburger patties and without the cheese, leaving me with just a bun, bacon, and toppings.
This was incredibly disappointing, especially since they were already closed by the time I discovered the mistake. Additionally, the french fries were pretty cold. I hope this was a one-time error.

Disappointing Fries, Good Shake
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The restaurant was clean. My salted caramel shake was good, but $7.
99 for a small shake is a lot. I usually love the Five Guys fries; they are like my grandma used to make, fresh from potatoes. However, recently, the fries were terrible!
They were drenched in oil and overcooked, so they were crisp on the outside and nearly hollow on the inside. It was so disappointing!

Tasty Food, But Too Expensive
As a first-time visitor, I found the restaurant to be bright and clean, with a very nice cashier. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and small fries, but experienced sticker shock at the $21. 28 price.
While the food was very tasty, the high price means I won't be back. It's too expensive for me.

Everything I want in a burger place!
My experience at this restaurant was exactly what I want from a burger place. I particularly loved that they offered malt vinegar for the fries. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was great, both receiving a perfect score.
The service was also top-notch. It was a lunch visit with no wait time and a price range of $10–20 per person.

Good Fries, Okay Burger
My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The fries were excellent, but the burger was a little drier than I've had at other Five Guys locations. Overall, I still believe Five Guys quality is better than all other fast food burger joints.

Overpriced and Over-salted Burger Experience
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food was overpriced, and the fries were excessively over-salted. In today's market, there are definitely better places to get a burger.

Disappointing Soda, Good Burger
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The soda fountain was the worst I've ever used; nothing tasted or even looked right. However, the burger was pretty good.

Great Food, But Pricey
I have only ever ordered from this location via online. I've never received an incorrect order, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. The food is tasty, and I've never been disappointed in its quality.
With that being said, I can no longer justify coming to this location or any Five Guys restaurant. This pricing for "good quality" ingredients is just way too much. For an individual to average $25-35 dollars for a burger, fry, and drink is just too much for a consumer to spend at what is essentially a fast food joint.
