Terrible Service, Awful Milkshake Experience
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I had to wait 25 minutes for a drink, and despite being repeatedly told "one minute, " the service was terrible 😔. It wasn't even busy 😕.
To make matters worse, when we inquired about the milkshakes, the staff's response was appalling. Instead of rectifying the issue, a gentleman suggested they would simply put chocolate syrup on top of whatever the original milkshake was meant to be 🤮.

Good food, but noisy and understaffed
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The food was good, receiving a perfect score, and the service was also rated highly. However, the noise level was annoying due to the lack of a removed dining area from the mall.
I also got a sense that the restaurant was understaffed, which might have impacted the overall experience.

Disappointing Tots, Decent Steak, Friendly Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. I found the tater tots to be incredibly bland, prompting me to try and add salt. Unfortunately, the salt shaker was clogged with a colorful, sludgy growth, which was quite off-putting.
However, the cheese steak itself was not bad, and the service was friendly.

Outstanding Service at Johnny Rockets
On Friday, October 3rd, I visited the Johnny Rockets located at Pacific Place in Seattle around 7: 30pm-8: 00 p. M. The restaurant was nearly full and operated by only five employees.
Their work was truly EXCELLENT; I take my hat off to them. They served everyone quickly, ensured no one was missing anything, and the cooks prepared the food with care and perfect presentation. I want to especially congratulate Katy for attending to us, and the team (Cesar, Jeremías, Noe, and Jesús).
Each of them showed dedication, commitment, pride in their work, and the ability to manage all areas efficiently, ensuring customers received high-quality service. Thank you, Katy, Cesar, Jeremías, Noe, and Jesús for serving my partner and me with such kindness. The five of you are truly OUTSTANDING.
I was on vacation in Seattle, currently live in Florida, and I firmly believe good work deserves recognition. None of them asked me to write this review, however, I witnessed their performance, and in my view, it is worthy of recognition.

Amazing Service Despite Late Visit
I came in within a half hour of them closing when they had the kitchen almost all cleaned up and shut down. But they cooked my meal up in 10 minutes and it was SO fresh and SO delicious! The staff was so kind and friendly even though it was close to closing, and even offered to refill my drink before I left.
Very good service.

Authentic American Burger Joint!
An American classic in the heart of Seattle! An excellent experience at Johnny Rockets in Pacific Place. The burger was simply brutal, juicy, with a striking flavor and cooked to perfection!
The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from an authentic American burger joint, with that retro vibe full of personality. Special highlight for the service: the waiter was impeccable, super friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. A must-stop for anyone who enjoys a real burger and good service!

Excellent Service and Delicious Burgers!
We arrived 15 minutes before closing, and yet we were served extremely well. The staff is very attentive and respectful. It's very appreciable these days!
The burgers are good, the products are fresh. And their shakes are always as generous! 😋

Delicious Burger and Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I ordered the bacon cheddar burger with onion rings. The onion rings were served hot and crunchy, arriving before my burger.
The burger itself was made with fresh ingredients and was incredibly juicy. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal. The service was very respectful and attentive.
I will definitely return before I leave Seattle.

Nostalgic Diner with a Small Straw Issue
This is a really cute place, and I love old 50's diners. Seeing one is nostalgic, reminding me of my grandmother who worked at similar diners extensively. I feel the heart and intent are in the right areas.
We ordered milkshakes with peanut butter, but unfortunately, they were out of peanut butter, so we compromised and ordered a different shake. The only thing wrong was the straw, which was too small to drink the shake. I guess if you want a shake to last a good 45 minutes to an hour, utilize a small straw.
