Great Burgers and Rings!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I enjoyed their great burgers, fries, and onion rings. I highly recommend this place.
It's conveniently located a short walk from the Children’s Hospital and is a great option for take out, especially when grabbing a pint at Burke Gilman Brewery.

Crazy Expensive, Not Worth It
My experience at this restaurant was defined by its crazy expensive pricing. I found it to be just not worth the price one bit. For instance, a larger burger and fries cost $25, and there were extra costs to add stuff on.
Even the milkshakes were crazy expensive.

Disappointing Experience with Dirty Tables and High Prices
My experience at this restaurant presented numerous opportunities for improvement. Upon arrival, the tables were dirty and sticky, which was surprising given that we were the only customers and the staff seemed unoccupied. The food was expensive; a meal consisting of a burger, cheeseburger, two fries, and two sodas exceeded $50.
While the burgers were good, they were small for their $10 price point. The fries, though fresh, were priced at $6 and appeared to be frozen. The Jones soda was $4 for a 12oz cup.
Despite the UDistrict location, the pricing felt ridiculous and there are many ways to cut costs. Overall, the service was a disappointment, as the staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in being there.

Not Worth the Price
My experience at this restaurant was not worth the price. I didn't even get a drink, which I think would have made the experience more maddening. The food was rated a 2, and the service and atmosphere were rated a 3.
The price per person was $20–30.

Overpriced and Disappointing Experience
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The food was overpriced, and the employees were disinterested. I wouldn't have minded the cost if the food had been good, but it was no better than a child slapping together preprepared ingredients.
There's absolutely nothing special about this place, and I would recommend you don't waste your time and money like I did. While Shake Shack is also overpriced, at least you get your money's worth there. Don't come here unless you want to be disappointed.

Okay Burger, Steep Price
I've seen this burger joint around the city, including locations at the waterfront and T-Mobile Park, but hadn't tried it until I was near the U-Village area. I decided to grab some lunch. Overall, I can't say I was thoroughly impressed, but I wasn't really disappointed either.
It was pretty straightforward for a burger and onion rings – really nothing special that would make me come back. As others have mentioned, the pricing is a little steep considering the size of the burger. This probably wouldn't be an "issue" if it was a really, really good burger.

Disappointing Service, Inconsistent Food Quality
I visited the restaurant location at Laurelhurst, near Seattle Children's. Typically, the food is excellent, and almost always my order comes out exactly as ordered online. Today, however, was not the case.
The customer service, presentation, and the ability to read the order were highly lacking by the staff member who resembled "Hagrid" from Harry Potter. He needs to go back to school; his magical abilities seem rusty. I asked for my fries to be extra crispy, but they looked like they were cooked by Dobby – half limp and half cooked.
When I brought this to his attention, he seemed surprised and showed no apology, acting as if I were a bother. Even after getting a replacement, the fries were still not extra crispy, just normal. My family's burgers were cooling while I dealt with this.
There were very few customers, yet the service was poor. I'm glad I didn't tip beforehand or after, as it's appalling that tipping is even requested when the service is subpar. I will think twice about returning if "Hagrid" is at the grill.
He shouldn't be working in a restaurant, especially near a children's hospital, as some children are very specific with their food orders, like my request for "extra crispy" fries. Enjoy the photo of our limpy, pasty krinkle tater swords.

Expensive and Sloppy Burgers
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the high price for what I received. The burgers were tiny and sloppy, which was a letdown, especially considering the cost. While the fries were okay and we received a generous portion, they didn't make up for the poor burger quality.
I would recommend going to Shake Shack at University Village instead, as I found their burgers to be more filling and slightly cheaper. For context, the burger in my picture cost $14. 50, and our total for two burgers and one fry, including tip, was $37.

Exceptional Burger and Calm Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly positive! It's a very calm and charming place. The burger was one of the highest quality I have ever had, with ingredients that were well washed and fresh – it truly makes a difference to have a legitimate burger.
🍔 I tried their seasonal western burger, and it was cooked perfectly. I prefer my burgers slightly underdone, and they absolutely nailed it! I would 10/10 recommend this place!

Decent takeout burgers and fries
My experience was primarily as a takeout place. I found the burgers and fries to be decent. The convenience of being able to order online and have it ready upon arrival was a significant plus.
The wait time was non-existent, which was great. However, the atmosphere was not a strong point.
