Disappointing Portion Size at Suki Hana
I love Suki Hana, but this specific location is not good. I ordered a combo 1 with extra chicken, but they gave me the bare minimum chicken. I have ordered from other locations, and they usually top off the plate, but this time they didn't even fill it half way.
It is not worth $17.

Disappointing Beef Teriyaki
My experience involved ordering the beef teriyaki, which turned out to be more like minced meat grilled crispy. It lacked a significant amount of teriyaki sauce and was served with tasteless steamed veggies. Considering the price, the quality was not good.
I believe one could find better and more flavorful options at Panda Express for a cheaper price.

Service Okay, Food Just Okay
My experience at the restaurant was just okay. The service was acceptable, but nothing exceptional. I ordered the Beef, Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki plate, which was not what I'd call home-cooked style.
It was simply just okay.

Overcooked Dumplings, Disappointing Experience
Today, I bought a dumpling from that restaurant, and it was completely overcooked, to the point where there was no way to eat it. When I arrived home and saw it, I put the box directly in the trash. I wonder how a person can do that and put completely overlooked food in someone’s bag!

Disappointing Chicken Teriyaki Experience
My experience at the restaurant was not positive. I ordered the chicken teriyaki, but I believe it was not chicken; it might have been duck instead. While I'm not entirely sure, it was definitely not a pleasant surprise.
Additionally, the broccoli was not cooked well.

Worst Teriyaki Ever at Suki Hana
My experience at Suki Hana in the Westfield UTC Dining Terrace was extremely disappointing. I ordered the chicken teriyaki, which turned out to be the worst teriyaki I’ve ever had. It had no taste and the chicken was burned.
The rice was also really bad.

Don't Serve Old Chicken
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I was served burnt chicken that had clearly been sitting out for a while. This is not acceptable for customers paying $15 a plate.
I expect fresh meat to be served, as it's only fair.

Delicious Japanese Meal with Friendly Service
While roaming around the fast food area in UTC, my mom and I decided to try a Japanese food. We both ordered the same meal: a combo of beef and chicken teriyaki with rice and veggies. It was delicious!
It was nice to be able to watch the chefs cook our food. The seating was comfortable, and the servers and cooks were really friendly. The portions were generous too, we even had leftovers.

Terrible Service, Never Returning
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the poor service. I placed an order and was given number 46. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I observed the cook, who appeared to be Latino, ask another patron, whose number was 54, about his order.
This patron had ordered the same item as me. The cook then proceeded to prepare the order for number 54 first, without any regard for other waiting customers. When I questioned the cook about why he was prioritizing order 54 over my order (number 46), he was unable to provide an answer, and the other two employees present simply stood by.
Consequently, I requested a refund and left. I will never patronize this establishment again.

Great Food, Growing Pains
My experience at Suki Hana, formerly Sarku Japan in Westfield, was marked by fantastic food. However, since their remodel and rebrand, they seem to be experiencing some growing pains. The new employees are still learning, and they don't yet prepare the meat prior to orders.
This resulted in customers waiting in line for uncomfortable amounts of time. As an avid people-watcher, it was a bit morbidly funny to see customers anxiously waiting with their children, knowing that only four staff members were working and they were number 21 in line.
