Unacceptable refusal to dine with children
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. We were refused to dine in with two kids because they were deemed "too noisy. " This led to us having to leave in the middle of the meal, which was a ridiculous situation.
The service was clearly unacceptable, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming for families.

Horrible Service, Mediocre Food
My experience at this cute, small place was marred by horrible service. I was initially told to go outside and look at the menu before I could even ask questions as a new customer. When I finally ordered, I was informed that payment was card only, not phone, with facial expressions that felt like a microaggression 🤔.
Mxm, the food wasn't even that good; the udon noodles were oily and the portion was small. It was definitely a waste of money and time.

Incredible Food, Cozy Atmosphere, Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently incredible over the years. We've ordered lunch and dinner here numerous times and have never been disappointed. The donburi is delicious, and so are the scallion pancakes, chicken katsu, gyoza, and calamari salad.
Honestly, you truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu! The atmosphere is cozy, complemented by comfortable seating and great service. I highly recommend this place!

Disappointing Portions and Service
My experience ordering 4 dishes for takeaway was very disappointing. The portion sizes were very small. To make matters worse, the server only provided 3 forks and was reluctant to give more.
See for yourself how small the portion is.

Consistently Delicious Bibimbowl
My friend and I live on opposite sides of the city and have been trying for years to find a place in between that we can meet for lunch. She lives in Magnolia, and we tried Mura a while back even though it's a hike for me. That said - the food was so good that we kept going back.
There were a couple of times it surprised us by not being open, but other than that, it is a consistent, delicious, reasonably priced, relatively healthy, and. Have I mentioned how delicious it is? We both get the bibimbowl with bulgogi and always extra sauce.
I wish I could eat it for every meal.

Great Food, Service Needs Work
My experience at this restaurant was centered around the food, which was truly great. I ordered the spicy seafood, and it was delicious. However, the service could definitely use some improvement; the staff wasn't very friendly.
Despite the service issues, I'm giving it 5 stars because the food is the main reason I go to a restaurant, and it certainly delivered.

Awful Service, Good Food, High Price
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the awful service and expensive prices for small portion sizes. While the food tastes are good, the staff were incredibly rude. On our first visit, they seemed surly, as if they didn't enjoy running the restaurant.
During our last visit, despite the restaurant being busy, there appeared to be open tables. When we inquired, the lady simply said ‘go away’ instead of politely explaining if the tables were reserved. This rudeness is unacceptable, especially when there are many friendly restaurants in the Magnolia village.
This was our last trip to this rude place.
