I went through the drive-thru on Wednesday at 6: 30 PM for dinner. Normally, everything is good, but this time my usual spicy crispy chicken sandwich was so overcooked it wasn't even edible. I discovered this halfway over the West Seattle bridge, otherwise, I would have turned back. I spent $17. 20 for fries and a drink, and I'm not happy about it. Remember to always check your order before leaving there.

When we're on the West Coast, we always make a point to stop at Jack in the Box! I absolutely love those tacos! I even took a photo for my hubby back home! 😄

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The location was the worst I've encountered. I was not given a receipt and then denied an item I had ordered. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making me feel as though I was trying to get something for free after purchasing two meals with sides and desserts. To top it off, the food was cold and hard.

I stopped by Jack in the Box to pick up a few Smash Jacks Doubles for myself, my ex-husband, and his partner. The drive-thru was quick, and the staff were efficient, ensuring my order was accurate. I have no complaints about the service. The food itself was delicious; these burgers are hefty, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell you’re biting into real meat, and they certainly don’t skimp on quality. We all thoroughly enjoyed them. However, I'm deducting a star because the price was pretty wild. Three burgers came to about $40 after tax. For comparison, I could take three people to Chili’s and get full meals for less. While it’s great to have a Jack in the Box in Seattle, it’s definitely not the budget-friendly option it used to be. Jack is now jacking your stack of cash for a simple meal!

My experience at this restaurant on 12/21 around 8: 20 pm was extremely negative. They had a wet floor sign in the driveway, refused to answer the phone, and had someone waving people away from their locked door. Despite being closed, they were seen filling pitchers of soda. I would not support this joke of a business 😂.

I was disappointed because they offered us a military discount just a few days ago. Today, my husband and I went in for breakfast and asked for the military discount, but all of a sudden, they no longer offer it. This resulted in horrible service.

My experience at this restaurant involved ordering a #1 combo with curly fries and a medium drink. Upon receiving my food, I was given regular fries and a small drink. When I informed the staff member about the discrepancy, she claimed the small size was the new medium size, which I found to be untrue. Although they corrected my order, they did not fix the drink size. I chose not to make it a bigger issue and left. This will be my last visit to this location.
