My experience was one of frustration due to inaccurate information. I arrived at 6 am, expecting to eat breakfast, only to find that the restaurant doesn't open until 10 am. This caused me to drive out of my way unnecessarily. The online hours on Google are incorrect and need to be updated.

My experience was concerning due to alleged price manipulation. On two occasions, an item scanned at one price, but when it was removed, I was charged double the barcode price. Given the existing parking issues with customers clogging the alley, this practice feels like ripping off people in the building. The establishment is already hanging by a thread.

I'm not sure what some of the negative reviews are about – were you expecting a Michelin-star restaurant? My experience was amazing! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the sandwich with bastrami I had was out of this world. It was absolute perfection. God bless you – wishing you continued success and prosperity! 🙏✨

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the service and atmosphere received perfect scores of 5, the food quality was only a 3. Specifically, the bread on my sandwich was sooo soggy, which was a real bummer. It also wasn't sitting well. Considering the sandwich cost $16, the soggy bread was a significant letdown.

My experience at this restaurant was not ideal, especially if you're in a hurry. The service seemed to take a backseat to housekeeping duties, as I waited for 10 minutes while the single employee cleaned. This made me understand why the cafe was always packed in the mornings. I eventually left to find a place down the street.

My experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a chai, but the barista gave me a cup of pure chai syrup from a box. When I asked if milk could be added, they didn't understand. The manager then informed me I should have asked for a "chai latte, " which is incorrect. Chai is meant to be a milk tea, typically made with syrup and milk. They did add half and half when I asked again, but it was far too sweet to drink. To make matters worse, the price was almost $6, despite the menu stating $3. While I don't want to be difficult, if a cafe area is part of your establishment, staff should know how to prepare basic drinks correctly.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offer an excellent selection of beer, chips, and snack food. I highly recommend the Mercer St. Madness sandwich.

After an appointment at UW Medical Facility, my daughter and I grabbed sandwiches here. The experience was VERY GOOD!

My experience at this Deli on Dexter Ave was fantastic! It's great to find such a good spot. They offer a good variety of everything, and the sandwiches were phenomenal. The staff was friendly too! I would definitely recommend this place.

I was hoping for a great experience at this cafe, as it seems like a cool place. Unfortunately, my visit was cut short. I arrived about an hour after their scheduled opening time, only to find the door was still locked. I tried knocking, but no one came to the door. This was a very disappointing start to what I hoped would be a pleasant breakfast.
