As someone who works across the street, I find these guys to be great! The staff is lovely, and it seems to be a family-owned business. They are open late, which is convenient for me to pop in on my breaks, even when I'm working odd hours. They also have a great selection of items. :)

My experience at NYC Deli was fantastic! I was impressed by the sandwiches, which were incredibly fresh and perfectly crafted. The beverage selection is truly insane, offering all the chips and candies you could ever want. The atmosphere and service were both top-notch, rated 5/5, and the food also received a perfect 5/5. While parking can be difficult to find, the overall experience made it worthwhile.

To be honest, I had such high expectations, but the food was just OK. I would not go out of my way to try it again.

My experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory. I went in for a breakfast bagel sandwich and a cup of coffee, but at 10: 30 am, they were already out of coffee. To make matters worse, they had cleaned the coffee pot for the day and refused to make another pot or offer an alternative. While I waited for my bagel, I observed the owner cleaning the panini machine, and the grills were visibly black with filth. The white towel she used became progressively blacker as she cleaned. I would advise others to go somewhere else that is cleaner, friendlier, and offers better bagels.
