My experience at the restaurant was marred by the extremely rude service from a server named Emily. She did not deserve to be part of the Panda staff.

I know they just opened recently, it was pretty busy and the employees were doing great. I had no issues with the service. The food though it wasn't the greatest.

My experience at this restaurant was outstanding. The manager was incredibly friendly and attentive, even offering to cook my food fresh. I was more impressed than I've ever been from any other location. My family and I are definitely Panda Express fans. WE WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE! :)

I visited the restaurant about 30 minutes ago and had a disappointing experience. The staff member who served me, who had painted lips, acted as if I was asking for gifts. I ordered the two most expensive dishes, but was only served vegetables in both portions.

My experience at this Panda location was disappointing. While Panda is generally good, this particular location's small scoops of each entree for a two-item plate were simply subpar. This is not typical of my previous visits to this location. I usually don't complain and expect what I've experienced before, but this time it fell short. Hopefully, next time it will be better.

It was my first time at Panda Express, and the staff took the time to explain each option to me. The place was clean, and the staff was nice. The food was okay; the first bite was delicious, but after a while, it became hard to eat.

My experience at this Panda Express was quite unusual. The setup was the weirdest I've encountered, and I won't be returning. There was no place to sit, forcing customers to eat in their car as there is no dining area. They have a small stand-up counter with space for only 5 people to quickly eat their food. Be prepared to wait your turn for stand-up dining. The food itself was rated a 4, but the overall experience was significantly impacted by the lack of seating and the unusual setup.

I went before closing and they made fresh dishes for us, which were truly delicious. Since there were four of us, we ordered the family set. The portions were so generous that we ate them over two meals. It was the best! The fortune cookie message was also awesome 😆 'Beautiful things are coming' 💕

I ordered a bigger plate, but the employee was distracted and seemed in a rush to check me out, even though I was the only person in line for most of my visit. To make matters worse, they forgot my last entree. I only realized this when I was halfway home. When I called to request a refund, it was refused. The manager, Will, was unhelpful and rude, showing no concern for my frustration. Additionally, I observed an employee transferring veggies with their bare hands, without gloves, which is a hygiene concern. The chow mein also seemed to have changed or was not prepared correctly, as mine consisted only of noodles and cabbage. I will not be returning due to this disappointing experience and the quality of the food.

My experience at this Panda Express has been consistently positive. While it's located inside a QFC, it's perfectly fine to visit just for their food. The food is always relatively fresh, and I rarely have to wait long. There isn't much of a seating area, so I'd definitely recommend getting your meal to-go.
