Clean and Light Authentic Chinese Food
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. It's one of the cleanest authentic Chinese food places I've visited. The foods we ordered felt lighter than other Chinese food I've had previously.
I recommend this place.

Incredible Find with New Owners!
My experience at this restaurant was an incredible find. The new owners have made significant improvements since my last visit five years ago, including adding a takeout section. The ovens they use are top-of-the-line, costing thousands.
The chickens and ducks are so well-prepared that buying them in a store and making them yourself wouldn't compare in taste or value. It's clear they invest in quality ingredients and preparation.

Outstanding Dim Sum and BBQ
As one of the newer Chinese restaurants in the ID district, my experience was fantastic. The restaurant offers outstanding dim sum and bbq. While the prices are a bit higher than other places, the generous portions, fresh and premium ingredients, and a clean and bright setting make it worthwhile.
I've enjoyed both dim sum and dinners here with friends. Their bbq, especially the ducks, is particularly noteworthy. They also provide free parking across the street under the bridge, though navigating the lot can be a little tricky.

Disappointing Service and Missing Items
My boyfriend and I initially thought we had discovered a new favorite spot for dim sum, as the food was decent enough to give us hope. We had dined in and ordered take-out on a few occasions. However, on our last take-out order, we were dismayed to find four items missing after we got home: a hot and sour soup, vegetables, and two dim sum dishes.
We immediately called the restaurant, provided all requested information, and asked for a refund, as we had no intention of driving back to Chinatown for their mistake. The person on the phone acknowledged the error and promised a refund. A full week passed with no refund.
When my boyfriend called again, they suddenly claimed no record of our call or refund request. The restaurant's handling of their own mistake was egregious, and we will not be returning. We consider the missing $40 a generous parting gift.

Mediocre Dim Sum Experience
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The dim sum was generally mediocre. Specifically, the shrimp rice rolls were too thick and unbalanced.
The char siu puff pastry was dry, and the turnip cake was just 'meh'. Even the pork and shrimp siu mai had a slightly gamey taste. Given these issues, I won’t be returning.

Exceptional Dim Sum Experience
My experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional, offering some of the best dim sum I've ever had, surpassing even those in San Francisco, Oakland, and New York. The menu is huge, and every dish was beautifully made. The food received a perfect score of 5, while service was rated 4 and atmosphere a 3.
The price per person for lunch was between $20–30, and the restaurant is suitable for all group sizes.

Mediocre food, terrible service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The dim sum was mediocre, and the service was even worse. Without a personal connection to the owner, expect to wait over an hour for a table.
During this wait, I was subjected to people coughing and breathing in second-hand smoke, all while watching other guests bypass the line. It was definitely not worth the time or frustration.
