Value (4.2 out of 10)

mentioned by 9% of the guests

When it comes to value, some guests have found pleasant surprises, noting that the experience was definitely worth every penny. Many appreciated the reasonable price for the area, with some even mentioning that the prices were very reasonable overall. In one instance, a cashier even zeroed out the tax, adding to the feeling of getting a good deal, based on 4 positive opinions.

However, the overall sentiment leans towards disappointment, with 8 negative opinions highlighting concerns about value. Many felt items were way over priced and not worth it for the cost, especially when expecting to pay a lot for a burger with fries. The experience is further complicated by issues like having to pay for parking on the street and being blindsided by a 3% surcharge, leading some to feel that the establishment would rather deceive their patrons.

This contributes to an average score of 4.2 and a poor customer satisfaction of just 33.3% out of 12 total opinions.

Awesome Staff, Delicious Food, Fast Service!
Our large family of 16 adults and 12 children stopped in after enjoying a day out at the Aquarium. The staff was awesome, the food came out very quickly and was delicious. Multiple times different staff members brought out plates, bussed tables, and checked to see if everything was to our liking. We will definitely be going back!
