Amazing Spicy Chicken, Sides Missed Mark
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their spicy chicken wing and thigh. Both were absolutely delicious and definitely worth going back for. While I wasn't as big of a fan of the sides, the chicken alone makes me want to return.
I live about 10 minutes away, and the chicken was still wonderfully crispy when I got home. Unfortunately, I found the marinated vegetables to be too sweet, and the Monggo Beans & Rice also didn't quite hit the mark for me.

Best Fried Chicken Ever!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted; it was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The fried chicken stick also exceeded my expectations.
The staff recommended the hot sauce, which was a perfect blend of tangy and spicy with a creamy texture that complemented the chicken wonderfully, giving it a strong kick. The potatoes, small with skin on and crispy, were light but yummy. I also tried the butter mochi, which had a delightful contrast of a firmer exterior and a soft, fluffy interior, enhanced by almond flakes and caramel with cream on the side.
The crew was super friendly and happy to help. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Delicious food in a hidden gem
My experience at this restaurant was a pleasant surprise! Despite being a 'hole in the wall' place, the food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant offers many Gluten Free options that were incredibly tasty.
We also received complementary Butter Mochi for the birthday we were celebrating, which was a lovely touch. The service was excellent, rated a 5 out of 5, and the food also received a perfect score of 5. While parking was somewhat difficult to find, the overall experience was very positive.
The atmosphere was rated a 3, and the noise level was moderate.

Delicious Fried Chicken, Great Experience!
My experience at The Chicken Supply was fantastic! I was craving delicious fried chicken, and this place delivered. The chicken itself was incredibly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor.
The sides were also excellent and perfectly complemented the main dishes. I appreciated that the portions were generous. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast.
It's a casual, no-frills spot that consistently serves great food. I highly recommend it!

Solid Chicken and Cool Sauces!
My first time here, I tried their white-meat chicken stick. It was solid, and the dipping sauces were cool! I will definitely return for more chicken and their interesting sides!

Great Chicken, Poor Availability
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The chicken tasted great, which was a definite plus. However, it was disappointing that they clearly don't stock enough wings to meet customer demand.
They open at 4 PM and sell out before 5: 30 PM, which is frustrating for customers hoping to enjoy their popular items.

Delicious Chicken, Mid Sides
I'd heard a lot about the Chicken Supply, but since they usually open in the afternoon, we decided to order for takeout. The chicken itself was really good and delicious. Even for takeout, the chicken stayed crispy.
The skin/batter was flavorful, and the meat was brined to perfection 👌. The stick, unfortunately, was just mid. It was a bit soggy by the time we arrived home.
The garlic rice is OK, but if you are garlic adverse, maybe don't order this; the garlic flavor is a punch in the face, not just some mild fragrance. The coconut collard green is delicious, but I can't help but feel collard greens might be a weird choice for Filipino Laing; maybe kale would be better? The cold pancit was probably our least favorite item.
The bihon itself was not seasoned, and the cherry tomatoes were too sour (they were pickled). We'll definitely be back for more chicken in the future. PS.
Depending on your preference, you may want to order the original rather than spicy. The spiciness comes from extra pepper seasoning, instead of actually spicy batter for the chicken. We ordered original for the chicken and spicy for the stick so we could compare.

Good Taste, Sweet Spice
My experience at the restaurant was good. I found the food to be tasty. However, the spicy option was a little too sweet for my personal preference.
Despite this, the overall taste was still good.

Overhyped Fried Chicken with a Catch
I came here because The Chicken Supply has great reviews, so I wanted to give it a try. The crispy coating was actually really good, with a unique texture that tasted like it had some rice or sticky rice in it, giving it a light sweetness and chew. If you like slightly sweet batter, you’ll love that part.
The chicken was well-marinated. The sad part was that when I bit in, I could see there was a solid yellow chunk of chicken fat between the crust and the meat. I had to separate the chunk of chicken fat, which I seldom do in a fried chicken restaurant.
In my opinion, in good fried chicken, the fat should melt into the meat, but this hadn’t. More concerning, I felt stomach discomfort later in the evening. ☹️ The floor in the restaurant was greasy, which didn’t leave a good impression.
Overall, the fried chicken has a distinctive style and it’s worth trying. But my physical discomfort makes it hard to rate more than 2/5. Definitely overhyped for me.
