Consistently Great Service and Delivery
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive. We frequently pick up or order delivery from this location, and we haven’t been disappointed yet! The service is amazing, and the delivery times are quick.
The food is also excellent, as reflected in the perfect 5-star rating.

Health Code Concern with Drink Filling
My experience involved a health code concern. I was informed by my delivery driver that the location made them fill my soft drink. Since my driver does not have a food handler's certification card, this is a health code violation.
My driver also mentioned that all Wingstop locations make them fill the drinks.

Extremely Rude Service, Avoid This Place
I went to this restaurant with my son to place a to-go order for six people. Upon entering, the employee with glasses and "ugly blond hair" did not greet us. He looked down at the register and abruptly asked, "Ordering?
Ordering? " His rudeness was apparent, and neither my son nor I responded immediately. He then asked, "Name?
Name? " I questioned why he needed our name, especially since we were the only customers. He offered to call us "# 1" instead, which I accepted.
Another worker then asked if I spoke Spanish, which I felt was an attempt to ease the tension, suggesting this employee's rudeness might be a recurring issue. I asked why he was being so "strong, " avoiding the word "rude. " He declared, "Because I am the BOSS.
" I retorted, "BOSS yourself. " Due to my son's presence, I refrained from using stronger language. We ultimately left and ordered from the university location.
I expected basic customer service, such as a greeting and a polite request for a name after the order was placed.

Outstanding Service at Wingstop!
My experience at Wingstop was fantastic, largely due to Alan's exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and polite. It's evident that Alan genuinely cares about his customers; he took the time to help me find the perfect flavor and ensured everything tasted just right.
His hospitality and attitude were outstanding, making the place feel friendly and inviting. I highly recommend stopping by if Alan is working!

Long wait, poor service
My experience at the restaurant was frustrating. The guy at the front told my boy Wyatt that it would be 35 more minutes after it said it was ready. He wanted me to wait like a dog.

A Night of Regret and Torment
My experience at Wingstop was overwhelmingly negative. After a concert, my friends and I sought some food. While I initially leaned towards Taco Bell, I ended up at Wingstop and now regret it immensely.
The next morning, I experienced severe gastrointestinal distress, a stark contrast to my usually robust stomach. The pain was intense, described as 'fire rained down, ' and I was confined to the bathroom for an extended period. The chicken sandwich seemed to prolong my suffering.
This ordeal escalated to include vomiting and dry heaving, leaving me in significant pain and regretting my choice. I strongly advise against eating at this Wingstop and suggest opting for Taco Bell instead. I am determined to see Wingstop held accountable for this experience.
Furthermore, Wingstop did not respond to my emails, which I view as a sign of their disregard for loyal customers. I will continue to fight against this company.

Go-to Wingstop with a Minor Hiccup
This is my go-to Wingstop spot in the area. The food is great, and the service is usually good. I ordered a 10-piece combo wings but only received 9 pieces.

Rude Service, Avoid This Place
I asked for help with another ranch because the person only charged for one, but they wanted two. Instead of being kind and helping me with my first Uber Eats order, she was hella rude and salty. If you want salty, go there.
If you want customer satisfaction, go somewhere else.
